Ottimo ristorante nel centro storico, nella Torre medievale "Rivelino". Ambiente amichevole, ottima cucina del territorio splendidamente interpretata dalla chef Elisa. Ampia e notevole carta dei vini!

The cold cuts platter is good... the paci with roe deer ragout and berry sauce are good, the cut served with baked potatoes was excellently cooked, finally I was pleasantly surprised by the apple tart with calvados. Dieses Traditionsbewusstsein unsererseits lässt sich auch auf das Restaurant übertragen: die Karte, das Team, die Qualität, das Ambiente bleiben im besten Sinne des Wortes stabil. Hier wird eine toskanische Küche ohne Chichi serviert, auf Basis guter Grundprodukte und mit eleganter Hand gewürzt. Klassiker wie die Tagliata oder die Pici sind auch nach zig Bestellungen jedes Mal eine neue Freude wert. Eine Empfehlung, das Merlo, die man jeder Jahr erneuern könnte.
