Discovered thanks to a friend's recommendation. Fantastic! Emilian cuisine with top-quality ingredients and a shop full of fresh products, sold with expertise and courtesy. You can grab a quick meal at the counter or take away. Alternatively, you can enjoy a longer stay at the restaurant. Right off the highway, so convenient for a quick stop or lunch. There are also charging stations. Wow!

Definitely a good place for a quick stop, with Parmesan flavors, during a trip. The products on sale in the shop are high-quality: it has the layout of a motorway service station, but the products are from a Romani-style shop. The service is self-service, which I don't like: you pay first, then the buzzer rings and they bring it to your table, and you have to go get what you ordered. That said, if you don't want a trattoria but don't want a motorway service station either, this could be a good option.

Good food We ordered the €16.50 menu A bit on the low side, if we're being honest: herb ravioli with butter and salami, 4 slices of salami with fried gnocco. And a horse meat burger, which I have to say was truly exceptional.

Location is comfortable, right at the exit of the highway. We got one portion of Tagliatelle al Ragau (Bolognese) and one of tortelli with butter sauce. The tagliatelle were easily there worst tagliatelle al Ragù that I have ever tried, with the sauce and the meet being watery and tasteless. The tortelli were average (in the restaurant in the service station on the highway you can find a similar level). The price is also aligned with highway service station prices. The location is quite nice and well maintained. The staff was polite.

Sono stata a cena con mio marito e il mio cane la sera del 19 aprile 2025. Stavamo cercando un posto dove cenare che offrisse piatti tipici emiliani e abbiamo voluto provare questo quindi abbiamo prenotato e siamo andati. Appena arrivati ci siamo stupiti che sembrasse una sorta di centro commerciale e pensavamo di aver fatto la scelta sbagliata; poi però ci hanno fatto salire e accomodare al nostro tavolo. Prima di iniziare ci hanno servito una spuma di parmigiano davvero ottima. Abbiamo ordinato due taglieri di salumi e uno di formaggi accompagnati dalla torta fritta e da una gelatina di lambrusco. Devo dire che erano veramente eccezionali. Per concludere abbiamo preso io la sbrisolona con lo zabaione e mio marito un tirmaisù: spaziali! I camerieri che ci hanno servito sono stati gentili, disponibili, pazienti e tolleranti dato che il nostro cane non voleva stare sotto il tavolo e a volte intralciava il passaggio. Al termine della cena ho acquistato una forma di parmigiano e la gelatina di lambrusco nella bottega al piano terra. Posto in cui sicuramente torneremo.
