Kudos to the speed of preparation: we ordered via the app and paid at the counter, and arrived there at 7 PM sharp. We were already seated at our table with our food in less than 5 minutes, and in fact, we managed to catch our 7:30 PM train even earlier. The only slight flaw is the fries, which perhaps weren't as good as the chicken, which was otherwise excellent.

The atmosphere was crowded, which is normal for a train station, but the checkers were constantly distracted. Furthermore, the kiosks didn't issue receipts, and if you paid there by card and said they hadn't issued one, they'd even look at you askance rather than check. The food was good compared to other fast food restaurants.

Located inside Bologna Centrale station, the place is quite large and clean, the service is ok, but not very fast and they are sparing with the condiments.

KFC Bologna station, I do not recommend, €14 "large" sandwich for me small, chips without sauces, mashed potatoes in a jar and water. Small portions and not very satisfying taste, chicken not crispy. If you are not in a hurry I recommend a good pizza or piada. Totem furbetto I thought it would give me a complete menu for about €11/13, in fact it showed hamburgers water mashed potatoes and corn on the cob and chips. Instead no it was all to add.
Fast service if you are in a hurry.
I give 3 stars because they care about improving.

i was stuck on a train for two hours with no toilet, so the moment i got off, my mission was clear. first café, no toilet. second café, still no toilet. then i spotted a kfc.
i walked in, bought a bottle of water, and finally found sweet relief. five stars for that alone.
i’ll definitely be back to actually try the food next time. this visit was purely… strategic.

What makes this kfc special is the customer service we received. The staff [we think his name is Anil] was so helpful. We had difficulty with the ordering process, and he was very patient and helpful. thank you "anil".
The chicken was tasty as per kfc standard. Although the pieces are a tad small.
