A high-end steakhouse very close to the slopes in Bormio. If the review were based solely on the quality of the food, it would be five stars: excellent meat, served on scorching hot trays and cooked like a pro. What lowers the rating is the service. Reservation confirmed, but when we got to the restaurant, we missed it: the kind owner saved the day by seating us upstairs where some friendly Swiss were partying in Olympic style. It would certainly be a great alternative if we hadn't booked, but with a reservation, I expect to be seated in the main dining room and not the bar. A small slam also goes to the waitress who served us: the wine list was brought last minute after we requested it, and we were anxiously waiting to choose, staring and snorting. Not exactly the best. The bill was quite steep, but the quality was excellent.

We visited this restaurant with some local cousins ​​and found the quality and selection of meat to be excellent. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The restaurant is very quaint, with an open kitchen and wine cellar. Great experience 😁

We were lucky enough to dine in Braulio's barrel: an intimate setting that makes the experience truly unique. The food was exceptional; I ate excellent quality meat, and the burger was also excellent. I highly recommend spending an evening here and, if available, trying the barrel.

The quality of the meat was excellent in a truly tasteful setting, but they didn't take the wine basket from my table to use it for others when I hadn't finished the wine yet... otherwise, I was completely satisfied.

Not being a casual tourist but a Valtellina native, I expected much more. The atmosphere was beautiful and unique. The service was perfect. The food was on par with other places, in fact! 93 euros for the food in the photos.

The meat was good, and I appreciated the fact that it was cooked on a grill in front of you. The service was good. The only downside was the space, which in my opinion was poorly divided, with too little space between tables.
