We stumbled upon it (the two of us) by chance, having to solve a lunch problem not far from Milan's Central Station. It was very crowded at lunchtime, with many business lunches, I believe. However, they seated us and served us two excellent Milanese cutlets. The staff was very busy, as the place was full, but they were nevertheless courteous, polite, helpful, and efficient. So, kudos to the entire staff.

We had fior di zucco, truffle ravioli, and Coteletta—everything was delicious. The service was excellent, from everyone but especially Antonio, who took great care of us! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We hope to return!

Even though it was early, dinner was already available at 6:30 PM. It didn't feel touristy at all, in a good way. I enjoyed typical Milanese dishes, including saffron risotto with osso buco for me (excellent) and gluten-free saffron risotto for my companion, a revisited version with braised beef. It was excellent, the dishes were not at all shy in terms of portions and seasoning. A pleasant atmosphere, and the waiter was very knowledgeable about celiac disease, helpful, and kind. The best.

26/02/2026: This is an excellent little spot. I felt like I stepped into an Italian kitchen to have a home cooked meal better than any home cooked meal this American has ever had. Service was friendly and delightful, and the pistachio pasta was decadent. Best cannoli I’ve ever had for dessert.
