Having arrived very late for dinner, they welcomed us with courtesy and nice manners, an easy-going trattoria in the historic center with a few seats inside and a few very pleasant outdoor tables. Despite the time, the cuisine is available on the entire menu, traditional, well done with few frills but good substance. The legume soup and the potato gnocchi with Sagrantino are excellent. Very friendly and very friendly service. Good value for money and location. Advised

We went on Easter Monday for lunch. The food is great, the pasta is fresh, the staff is friendly. Very small place, with few seats, but it's worth the wait.... What can I say, also satisfied with the price. An appetizer, three first courses, a quarter of white wine, a still water, two coffees and three place settings paid only €50.00

Promessa di ritornare e si torna! La melodia delle bruschette e drgli strangozzi al tartufo passa in secondo piano di fronte ad una proprietaria che, costretta continuamente a rifiutare clienti per mancanza di posti, esce dalla cucina per salutarti con un abbraccio (vistauna solavolta!). Servizio puntuale ed attento, atmosfera di famiglia e tanta cordialità. Ci vediamo presto!

Almost at the top of Spello, on the corner of the square, going up on the right, a small place, but with tables both inside and outside.
We had strangozzi all'amatriciana and scrambled egg with truffle.
Homemade strangozxi and good but "light" sauce, scrambled egg, very good.
For the second course we both had the aubergine parmigiana.
All good, rating more 5 stars than 4 stars.

Excellent, small and cute place, the food is excellent, the staff is courteous and knows how to give you the best advice... The first courses are delicious but the biscuits made by them are unsurpassed... Excellent price, I would say congratulations

Piccolissimo, a conduzione familiare, pietanze rigorosamente della tradizione. Gentilissimo il proprietario all'accoglienza, cortese e veloce il servizio, uova strapazzate al tartufo di rara bontà. Onestissimo il conto per un pranzo che strappa con piacere la promessa di un ritorno.
