A place with a very nice atmosphere located near Piazza Barberini. Every time I stop in Rome it is one of my fixed destinations due to the friendliness of the owner and all the staff. I recommend it for the excellent food and the low prices despite both in the center.

I visited Josephine Bistrot in Rome and was really impressed. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service impeccable. The menu offers a good variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. My favorite dish was the risotto, really delicious.

Very nice bistro offering a selection of delicious dishes and snacks, as well as some great drinks. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout.

"Salotto Josephine" è un locale molto accogliente e curato che si trova nella Capitale, in Via Leonida Bissolati 36. Venerdì scorso ho vuoto modo di trascorrervi una serata davvero gradevole. In effetti ogni venerdì e sabato vi si può cenare con pizza "no limit", servita dalle ore 20:00 alle ore 21:00, inclusa una bibita - ed io consiglio, in proposito, il gustosissimo spritz -. Poi, dopo aver cenato, ci si potrà trasferire al piano superiore, per ascoltare piacevolissima musica. Simpatici e cordiali tutti i ragazzi di sala; oltremodo elegante l'intero locale. Per tanti e tali motivi non posso non consigliarlo.

28/04/2024: High quality cuisine, with many interesting dishes. The gnocchi with the ribs in the sauce and the spaghetti with clams and bottarga are truly super. Nicely furnished and extremely pleasant. Very friendly staff and quick service. I will happily return I recommend the visit

28/07/2024: So happy to come across such a great restaurant at the end of my trip to Rome! Just happened to be celebrating my husband's birthday. Thank you to the chef for the thoughtful arrangements! From the appetizers, sparkling wine, pasta, and desserts, they are all amazingly delicious! I asked the chef if he had any favorite pasta and he said that everything on the menu is his masterpiece, and it’s true! Both flavors we ordered were delicious! The atmosphere in the store is very warm! There is no pressure at all to eat. If you are like me and are tired of restaurants with a lot of tourists in Rome, then this will be your first choice! The chef's cooking is so attentive and delicious! This will be our best night in Rome.
27/07/2024: My family and I (5 adults and one baby) walked to the restaurant when they opened and asked if they had a spot. Andrea (chef & I assume owner) graciously accepted and set up the tables for us to sit. From the start him and his colleague were very nice. A small menu which I always believe is a good thing as everything is made well, which was the case. 5/5 for the great food and service. Andrea is a great chef, and will definitely come back next time I’m in the area. Thanks Andrea from Canada.
