Jair In Castiglion fibocchi

On holiday with friends in Castiglion Fibocchi, we had dinner twice with the friendly Jair, an Inter fan (obviously) and a good host, like everyone else in the family and among the employees. Excellent meat, typical appetizers of crostini and cured meats and tasty pizzas (attention: non-Neapolitan, not Sicilian dough, more similar to thin and crunchy one). We felt at home, in a simple but comfortable environment, and above all cool, given the temperatures :)

Von außen eher unscheinbar und auch innen schön italienisch schlicht gehalten besticht das Jair mit dem Charme seines Wirtsehepaars und der fantastischen Qualität des Essens. Hausgemachte Pasta, wunderbare toskanische Vorspeisen und tolle Qualität beim Fleisch. Und das alles zu mehr als fairen Preisen. Wir haben gleich für den nächsten Abend reserviert
