I dined at this restaurant in the heart of Palermo and had a very positive experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, with a pleasant blend of Sicilian tradition and modern details. The staff was friendly and attentive. The menu offers typical Sicilian dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. The prices are in line with the quality and central location, just steps from the Teatro Massimo.

La mia pizzeria preferita. Ogni volta le stesse meravigliose sensazioni.Accoglienza fantastica,Modesto, Antonella ed i ragazzi sono straordinari. Location sempre molto pulita e curata.Cibo spettacolare e servizio efficientissimo. Raccomandatissima

We had a really lovely and enjoyable evening at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your meal. All in all, definitely a place we would recommend. So go for it – you won’t regret it!

16/07/2025: Every time I go to Palermo, Il Delfino in Sferracavallo is a must. The food is truly delicious! The menu is extensive: numerous appetizers, three first courses, a second course, sorbet, and wine... all for only €35 per person. The waiters are always kind and helpful, despite the large influx of customers that fills the restaurant every day. The price is more than fair for the quality and quantity of food offered. An authentic trattoria, where tradition and hospitality truly shine. Top marks!
15/07/2025: We had lunch and I must say that in addition to the friendly and helpful staff, the dishes were plentiful and excellent. The fish was number one. I highly recommend this place.
