Sono stata qui a cena in coppia per un'occasione speciale. Si tratta del ristorante all'interno dell'Hotel Savoy a Firenze, quindi le aspettative erano alte: devo dire che sono state ampiamente soddisfatte! L'atmosfera è calda, accogliente, musica giusta in sottofondo, luci basse. Il Maitre e tutto il personale di sala è stato attento e gentile. Abbiamo mangiato tutto pesce, tutto gustoso, soprattutto i secondi (sia il rombo con scarola, pera e tartufo nero che la spigola con i carciofi ottimi). Insomma una serata che ricorderemo sempre con piacere.

Complimenti per il servizio, staff di camerieri preparati, sinceri nel consiglio e accoglienti. Questo ristorante è una cornice dentro la quale vivere esperienze raffinate e di gusto.

A very pleasant breakfast spot at the Savoy Hotel in the heart of Florence. Opens at 7 am. The dishes are all very tasty. So is coffee. There is lactose-free milk and various fresh juices. Overall everything is great. I recommend it.

Given that we went without knowing it was the restaurant of the Savoy hotel... we had two excellent appetizers (raw amberjack and veal with tuna sauce) and two tasty second courses (sea bass more than octopus), Bellini, bubbles and a chocolate cake. All really excellent in a very classy atmosphere. The bill comes accordingly... but still better than the terrible experiences of the previous days in less famous places.

Super lunch spot. Excellent service. Top food. They served us a surprise amusement bouche of fresh tomatoes with the local bread. We followed that with fresh ravioli and the salad Irene with buffalo mozzarella.

First and foremost, 5 stars for staff Carmini who is very sweet and outstanding! Second, the food is absolutely amazing! 3rd the location is great. Although they are expensive but everything is perfect so we wouldn’t mind paying! Must visit when in Florence!

You're at the Savoy and you'll get the Savoy treatment. We were truly entertained by Carmine with his outstanding service. The food is top quality. I truly enjoyed the meal.

Sgrano Gluten Free

15/08/2024: We had Focaccia sandwiches and tiramisu. Everything was gluten-free and so delicious. The whole restaurant is gluten-free so it's perfect for celiacs. Focaccias are between 8 and 11€ and tiramisu was 6.50€. Cover charge is 1.50€. We will be definitely coming back!

18/05/2024: Very friendly service, but the potatoes where too salty and the fish was a bit watery, maybe the seafood is better
07/05/2024: I tried seafood here for the first time and let me tell you,I loved it!I recommend it to people who like seafood or are curious to try because it's fresh and the service is also very good.Will go again!
