Lovely interiors and atmosphere. Great hide-away in the middle of the crowd, and beautiful seating both indoors and outdoors. The service was lovely, headed by Mattia who showed us their bar (in the picture) and really made the experience more personalised - we will for sure be back. In terms of the food, the ingredients were really fresh where you could really taste the quality. Their generousity is also very commendable.

We had a wonderful evening at Restaurant Irene in Florence. The location on Piazza della Repubblica could not be more perfect, right in the heart of the city. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, with a warm and stylish setting that made our dinner truly special. The service was excellent – attentive, professional, and very friendly, making us feel well cared for throughout the evening. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor, from the fresh and vibrant starter to the perfectly prepared pasta and risotto. Everything was of outstanding quality. Overall, Irene is the ideal place to enjoy a refined dinner in Florence with great cuisine, impeccable service, and a unique atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The buffet is a triumph of flavors and colors: from the ever-present continental breakfast classics to more sophisticated and original offerings. Fragrant croissants, freshly baked bread, a selection of high-quality cheeses and cured meats, freshly prepared eggs in a variety of ways, and a variety of hot and cold dishes to satisfy every palate. The sweet side deserves special mention: artisanal cakes, elegantly arranged fresh fruit, and small desserts that seem to have come straight from a French patisserie. The service was impeccable: attentive, discreet, and incredibly courteous. The staff is professional, always ready to accommodate every request with a smile and rare kindness. You can sense a true passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to make every guest feel pampered and valued. The best best branzino I’ve honestly ever had!! The restaurant is incredible, such a beautiful view on Piazza della Repubblica. Best lunch spot in Florence and definitely want to come back for drinks at aperitivo time, I saw there’s music and such a nice vibee

The food and service were both amazing. They were very welcoming and were able to seat us outside without prior reservations (walk in). They were also able to accomodate gluten free restrictions and gave us several delicious options. We went twice and enjoyed the ambience and service both times. A big thank out to Giambattista, Carmine and Martina!
