Incredible modern Italian cuisine with a Japanese twist. If you’re tired of eating at the same trattoria and up for some adventure, I suggest trying this place. It’s been on the Michelin guide, but the food tastes like a Michelin restaurant.

Intimate spot with a great ambiance, offering both à la carte and tasting menu options. The one catch: all guests at the table must choose the same appetizer, first, and second course—only the dessert can be selected individually. The dishes are rooted in tradition but feature creative, modern twists. Cocktails lean classic, the service was warm and attentive, and the wine pairings were perfectly on point. One small suggestion: the first course (can’t recall the name) was overwhelmed by tarragon leaves—they gave it an odd, almost soup-like flavor. We ended up pushing them aside.

Top place! The staff is very trained and helpful, in addition to the fact that they are very nice! The food is very good, refined and of high quality! It is the second time that we come, after years, and it is always a certainty! Highly recommended!

Todo sobre esta experiencia gastronómica fue de primera clase. El servicio era impecable, la comida era excelente. En general, solo una noche muy agradable. La ubicación a las afueras de la zona turística principal es genial para alejarse de las multitudes, pero aún así estar cerca. Y por 60€ conseguir esa calidad de comida de cinco platos es casi increíble. Muy, muy recomendable

23/08/2025: Words are not enough to described wat we experienced, from the arrival to the departing was an another world experience, we tasted 4 wines with an entry, a mous bouche from the chef, two main courses and a desert to share and some sweet wine!! And it was out of this world...expensive but worth it
13/08/2025: Una volta giunti nella bellissima cornice del Borgo di Badia a Passignano, ed avendo gustato con gli occhi il paesaggio incantevole di manieri e vigneti, vi consiglio una pausa culinaria presso l'Osteria di Passignano dove gustare prelibati piatti toscani innaffiati da un buonissimo rosso del Chianti.

It accompanies you with a delicate atmosphere, soothes your soul with soft background music, but the most important thing is the passion with which its dishes grace the palate. 08/09/2025: The quality of the food and wine pairing was exceptional. Hard to fault the service, it was very welcoming. There was a really unfortunate incident with a cracked wine glass and being served sparkling water when I asked for still but the important things were great!
