Amazing experience at iO. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish had incredible flavor and you could tell a lot of thought went into how each course was prepared and presented.
The service was also exceptional. David, my waiter, took time to explain each dish in detail, which made the experience even more enjoyable and helped me appreciate every ingredient behind the food.
I highly recommend for a date night or going solo if you are a food lover.

Very modern and ambitious.
The restaurant, with its limited number of tables, is rather quiet and not at all like a typical trattoria, which would be loud and cramped – it's something very special with a fresh, modern concept.
The menu is high-quality and, with its à la carte option OR the choice of a 4/5/6-course set menu, is definitely for those who appreciate flavor.
Enjoyable, incredibly delicious, and unique – reservations are absolutely essential.

No photos of this one I am afraid…but the food really deserves to be photographed as it is STUNNINGLY PUT TOGETHER. We had the 5 course menu and loved every step of the evening. The best overall culinary experience of this trip.

Superb restaurant with innovative cuisine, modern decor, and impeccable service.
The restaurant seats about 25 people and is located near the Arno River, along with many other restaurants.
The cuisine is undoubtedly its strong point: innovative, minimalist, and delicious.
It's also beautiful to look at.
Prices are definitely lower than expected.
As is usual in restaurants of this type, I recommend choosing the tasting menu.
The owner/chef showed us his culinary expertise and was informative, mentioning a recent Michelin star in our city.
A very pleasant surprise!
