I stopped by this little restaurant by chance and was impressed by the kindness of the owners, the ice cream maker on the menu, and above all, the high quality of the food. There are two options, with a wide selection to choose from: one regular and one vegetarian. I will definitely be back.

The best food in the area! The price-performance ratio is absolutely unrealistic for what's on offer. It's naturally fantastic for the consumer. Everything is lovingly prepared by hand. This restaurant exudes a passion that I find in vain in so many places around the world. And now let's look for the selection. I started with a freshly squeezed orange juice. As a vegan, you won't feel like you're going hungry here! The vegan alternatives are excellent and taste great. The same goes for the non-vegan dishes. The recipes range from classic to unusual and are in no way inferior to a truly expensive gourmet restaurant! The service is also beyond praise. You receive a very familiar welcome and immediately feel at home. The owners are truly attentive and leave nothing to be desired. If I could, I would take this restaurant back to Germany. Thank you for the great food, we'll definitely be back!

We had dinner at Insoljto in Budrio (FC), we were six friends (five vegans and one omnivore) accompanied by our four-legged friend. It was a nice discovery: finally a place where everyone, including animals, can feel welcome and enjoy something delicious without giving up anything. We tasted various appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts, and each course surprised us positively. The dishes are original, prepared with fresh ingredients and creative combinations, never banal. Excellent flavors, perfect cooking and attention to presentation. The variety of the menu makes this place ideal for everyone, regardless of food preferences. The staff was very kind, helpful and attentive even to our dog, making us feel immediately at ease. The bill also pleasantly surprised us: definitely cheaper than other restaurants with vegan options, despite the quality. It's nice to find a restaurant that enhances vegan products in a tasty, accessible and pet-friendly way. Insoljto was truly an unexpected surprise, an evening to be repeated soon with other friends curious to discover such good and affordable alternative cuisine.

The atmosphere is quiet and allows you to chat pleasantly with the person in front of you, the service is polite and attentive. The food deserves 10 stars: original, good, so much! The dishes are abundant and well-prepared, the combinations are really spot on: you don't have to be veg to appreciate them. However, there is also the "normal" non-veg option. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended
