To think that thinking it was just a bar I had never stopped there, then looking for a place to eat to my amazement I learned that you can eat here too. What can I say, everything is delicious, on par with any of the best places in the area and not, and with prices that couldn't be more honest. Very kind and attentive staff, not intrusive as often happens in trying to be too polite. I think it will become one of my favourites, I have to try everything else. Dedicated vegan menu. If you don't stop you are missing something special RECOMMENDED by a good fork!

Enjoyed a superlative vegan menu. Also suitable for those who, like me, do not usually practice veganism. I will definitely go back.

Very simple place, but clean and welcoming. 2 of us had dinner. I'll start by saying that I'm not vegan, but I am very happy to experiment with vegan and vegetarian options. We chose the first courses from the menu, including the carbonara (a must try!) and the trio of tortelli; as a second course, the apple and seitan millefeuille and the yuba tajin (tofu skin, a pleasant discovery!) all super good!!! Homemade sandwiches necessary to properly "clean" the plate. Too full to taste desserts, but we will definitely try next time. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

YUMMY! The carbonara and seitan thousand leaves are absolutely worth trying, as is the yuba tajine. Very honest prices. I can't wait to return!

A welcoming place with excellent service and excellent cuisine. I also tasted and learned about vegan dishes in this place which were a real discovery for me. Very informal but clean and welcoming place, it directly overlooks Via Emilia, therefore it has no outdoor space. In addition to traditional dishes, it serves vegan/vegetarian dishes of a wide choice and very well cooked. Nice, fast and kind service. Absolutely worth trying.

Insoljto has a vegan menu with many options. The "hunger-breaking" appetizer with different types of bread and homemade sauces was very good. Excellent veg carbonara pasta with self-produced smoked seitan. Wide choice of delicious mini veg dry pastries and truly delicious veg tiramisu. It also offers vegetarian and "traditional" cuisine. Excellent prices. Highly recommended.
