I have asked myself several times what to expect from a Michelin Starred Restaurant. I had the pleasure and honor of participating in a company lunch in this restaurant, where the menu was agreed upon. It was a magnificent emotional journey, where nothing was left to chance: from the welcome to the service, from the dishes offered to the paired wines. I was struck by almost all the dishes, where the search for particular combinations was perceived, to express taste, technique and imagination. From the entrance: oyster, apple and dill to the pre-dessert and the final small pastry and sweets. Elegant dishes, with exhaustive explanation for each dish offered. All Exciting 🌟

it's an experience worth trying: the food is delicious, with combinations you've never tasted and fresh, carefully prepared ingredients. the service is perfect, attentive and with an adequate level of confidence and not at all intrusive. the environment is welcoming and very clean.

A unique culinary experience, recommended for those who love this type of journey immersed in imaginable contrasts of flavours. I was very happy, also with regards to the welcome entrée! Everything delicious. Very high prices for rather small portions... but still delicious!

Accolti da un personale competente e preparato, in un ambiente elegante e accogliente, essenziale e raffinato, una tavola bianca pronta ad accogliere opere d’arte. Piatti eleganti, minuziosamente preparati con gusti che ti fanno viaggiare, ogni boccone un esplosione di sapori. Ogni piatto una sorpresa, per gli occhi e il palato. Un’esperienza che vale la pena di provare.
