cena sopra alle mie aspettative anche se il locale ha già una stella. Locale esternamente non entusiasma ma all'interno è accogliente con finiture moderne. Da vedere assolutamente la cantina al piano inferiore. Servizio molto molto alto eseguito da diversi ragazzi giovani educati, preparati e attenti. Cucina innovativa e spinta da diverse note orientali. Piatti tutti molto buoni e sicuramente tutti da "fotografare". Noi abbiamo preso uno dei 2 menu in carta e siamo stati affascinati. Prezzo importante ma giusto.

Chef Salvatore Morello sarebbe da clonare per la creatività che propone nei piatti,questo ve lo posso garantire. Cucina creativa in stile Italo-europea con un po’ di Giappone,abbiamo scelto il menù da cinque portate abbinato ad un ottimo rosè. Gli entrèe di benvenuto eccellenti,mix di sapori eccezionali,devastante il toast con wagyu e caviale. Tra le cinque portate su tutte il gambero con caviale,la sogliola • ostriche Gazpacho •mousseline • ras el hanout e le capesante • Kujyo Negi • anguilla • melanzana. Parere mio,merita più di una stella. Abbiamo scelto voi per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio,ci avete reso felici! Grazie !

I have asked myself several times what to expect from a Michelin Starred Restaurant. I had the pleasure and honor of participating in a company lunch in this restaurant, where the menu was agreed upon. It was a magnificent emotional journey, where nothing was left to chance: from the welcome to the service, from the dishes offered to the paired wines. I was struck by almost all the dishes, where the search for particular combinations was perceived, to express taste, technique and imagination. From the entrance: oyster, apple and dill to the pre-dessert and the final small pastry and sweets. Elegant dishes, with exhaustive explanation for each dish offered. All Exciting 🌟

Mariella and Guido make you feel good, and Kuni has great sensitivity for the raw materials he transforms. I'll be back soon!
26/01/2025: Unique place and wonderful experience. Food, wine, history of the national and international territory, restaurant philosophy to admire. We felt like we were at a friends house. We would have spent hours listening to Mariella and Guido, culture and immense kindness. The chef who we had the opportunity to thank was very good. Thank you very much for the time dedicated to us.
