Wedding anniversary, organized at the last minute, a sensational evening in every way. Excellent staff, super-well-maintained venue, and... The dishes... What can I say... Excellent or excellent is limiting. Every preparation by the chef brought back aromas and sensations of places far and near. Every bite was an explosion of flashbacks. Beautiful place. We were pampered all evening. Well done, well done, well done.

Well... what the hell am I saying? We're in Serie A here: whatever you order is an experience. We went a few years ago for a tasting menu and a pre-dinner cocktail. I'll be back as soon as I can.

Pranzare da Inkiostro a Parma è un viaggio nella visione profonda dello chef Salvatore Morello. Fin dal benvenuto – una raffinata amouse bouche servita su una mattonella che racconta il suo ikigai – si percepisce che qui la cucina è un atto di significato, non solo di gusto. Morello è un vero talento: creativo, preciso, ispirato. Ogni piatto parla la lingua della bellezza, dell’equilibrio e della passione. Il servizio in sala è impeccabile: attento, preparato, presente con garbo. Un’esperienza che conquista testa e cuore, e che rende onore alla stella Michelin che porta con sé. Un pranzo indimenticabile.

Cucina tecnica e saporita in una sala ben gestita e di gran classe. La proposta segue gli stilemi moderni degli stellati e ne tocca con successo tutti gli aspetti. Rimane meno anonima di qualche anno fa e sono lieto di vedere questa crescita nel tempo.

20/08/2025: Culinary Italy. Everything was excellent. The only flaw that kept me from giving it a 5 is that at 1 pm they said they'd run out of various cheeses for the platter. They gave me all the Parmesan, which, despite how good it is, gets boring after a while. The service staff were very kind and the food was clean.
29/07/2025: Sale of cured meats of their own production, they also do lunches and snacks with cured meats and cheeses, huge portions, everything excellent, I recommend a stop
