A starred restaurant inside a prison: a unique project of its kind, created to offer prisoners the opportunity to take a professional training course for easier reintegration into society. In addition to the commendable purpose, you will find a very interesting culinary proposal that includes both traditional Milanese dishes and very successful original and creative combinations. Moving on to some practical aspects: the restaurant is located inside the Bollate prison. Upon your arrival, you will find a large car park just outside the building. You will then be escorted inside the prison and the restaurant, in a welcoming and modern environment. We had a great time. Congratulations for the project, the idea and the excellent dishes prepared. I will definitely be back.

Not particularly satisfied. Food ok. But it was a very normal meal like a normal mid-level restaurant. Small portions. Average service, unsmiling staff. Polite but nothing extraordinary Location... Nothing special. Just the idea of ​​having movie posters that talk about prisons is beautiful. A positive note is the paper placemat, each different with images of famous prisons. I didn't pay, but I think it's also expensive. So it's not the place for me. I am editing the review because I share your thoughts. It would have been better to talk about it in person but I didn't want to create discomfort or controversy in whoever brought me to you. at this point I give 4 stars because even the quality of the food did not depend on you, but rather on what was ordered by whoever invited me.

For the first time at this restaurant chosen by a smart box given to us. Fixed menu perhaps for those who have the smart box. Excellent and interesting experience (listening to the story of how this restaurant was born and some life events), welcoming environment and very friendly and nice staff. Compliments to the chef, excellent dishes ... quality and quantity 😅. I attach some photos, scallops, agnolotti with ragù, fried food, tiramisu. For those coming from outside, indicate directly Bollate prison on the navigator otherwise you will lose as happened to us but those who are persistent will win 😜.

Very nice and elegant place, the meter and the waiters are all very kind and competent. The chef and the pastry chef were excellent and I really appreciated the fact that they came to greet us while also sharing experiences, motivations and visions for the future. The food was excellent.

I went with friends, I have to say it's a great restaurant, good service. It's inside the prison, but in the restaurant it doesn't seem like it, there's a nice atmosphere. I recommend it, you have to book, also because there's a guard who takes you inside to the restaurant.

The quality of the food is almost excellent. I opted for a full à la carte which was truly delicious! I also had a dessert, it was very good. I will definitely be back! 😊

I opted for the first of the day and, even though I don't really like fish, I really appreciated the ability to manage the dishes in an interesting way. It is perhaps the first fish dish I have enjoyed forever. The only thing, a minor one I would like to point out, is that I thought the drinks were included in the main course (a liter bottle of natural) but instead I found it on a separate bill. It doesn't change your life and perhaps it is determined by the fact that only I had the dish of the day, or even the dish of the day does not directly include drinks while the main dish does. A parte la strana sensazione dell’ entrare in un carcere, il ristorante moderno con personale molto professionale. Giusto menù fra mare e terra. Piatti molto curati e ben serviti. Tutto buonissimo. Da ritornare.
