After a busy day of surgery for my father, I searched the web for a place nearby where I could eat something.. I'll start by saying that I'm out of the region
I hadn't booked but I was immediately welcomed, I would say pampered and not simply fed... I felt like the center of attention...
The best Milanese cutlet I've ever eaten...
Freedom is not just the possibility of being able to move from one place to another, freedom is also building something together, inclusion and openness towards others

It wasn't my first time in jail (the first in Bollate.
Dinner with impeccable service, all the staff were extremely kind and professional.
Minimal location with nice posters of "themed" films
The two of us also tried each other's dishes: mondeghini with savory zabaglione and fish zuppetta (salad); risotto with long ossobuco and schiaffi alla norma; cannoli and tarte tatin. Wine from the "I crescere" coop in San Colombano.
Not particularly elaborate dishes, well executed (except for the slightly overcooked rice).
Pleasant evening, recommended restaurant with extremely important social implications.

idea ottima e impegno evidente. Ristorante ricreato all'interno delle mura del carcere di Bollate, carino negli arredi e ben gestito. Cena discreta, con impiattamenti ragionati e tanta possibilità di migliorare.

Notte lugubre e scura: la sbarra si alza, una guardia vi scorta attraverso porte serrate. Fino ad un ambiente silenzioso e austero, dove la compostezza domina sull’eleganza. Solo qualche locandina cinematografica richiama alla fuga, alla libertà. Questo è l’inizio di un’atmosfera definita stellata, non per gli echi gourmet quando per le divise blasonate. Menu lombardo di degustazione, qualche piatto di mare per provarci. Sapori forti, servizio composto ed una voglia mal celata di tornare presto “in galera”. Indubbiamente una bella iniziativa, fatta di inclusioni e rivincite. Da provare.
