The VIU Terrace In Milano

Beautiful terrace with swimming pool (unheated). Well maintained room but quite noisy traffic and tram around the hotel. No terrace in the rooms but uninteresting view. Very attentive staff at the bar and restaurant. The bar on the ground floor is more convivial than upstairs in the evening. Decent breakfast on roof top terrace and lovely cuisine in the evening. Not much atmosphere in the evening and Hotel located in the Chinese district of Milan. Hotel difficult for smokers with limited possibilities for them (need to leave the hotel when terrace closed). Please note that an additional €400 is charged at check-in and not a credit card guarantee. You have to wait for the refund.

While the hotel itself was truly amazing, it was the unparalleled service and dedication of your team that truly stood out. It’s the right place to walking around Milano, since the public transportation is very well connected to the hotel.

We were there for a Candlelight Concert on the Rooftop, so I can't rate the rooms, but the Rooftop Pool Bar, Bar and Restaurant are very beautiful and elegant.

An exceptional stay! The hotel impressed across the board – friendly staff, excellent food, perfect location and an extremely helpful atmosphere. Rooms are great. Modern, clean and sleek design. Decent size. Service from counter and concierge is impeccable hence the 5 star rating for that category. They are always on hand , ready to help with restaurant recommendations, things to see to do, and transport advice is always on point. Location is a bit off core city center, located just next to Chinatown. Excellent check in reception and gifts in the room. Wonderful welcome:)

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to Chinatown. Breakfast is not delicious

房間走道夠翻開28吋行李箱，有浴缸也不錯，旁邊就是唐人街早上還可以買早餐，爸媽非常滿意

工作人员很有耐心，房间非常舒适整洁。旁边就是著名的华人街以及电车站交通非常便利

Hotel bellissimo tutto perfetto! Peccato per l usciere suggerisce taxi privati per Malpensa a 200 euro con anche una certa aggressività NON È ASSOLUTAMENTE VERO NON FIDATEVI STATE ATTENTI e anche per altre tratte dice prezzi assurdi!!! Peccato per tutto il resto perfetto ! Spero lo licenzino in fretta !!!
