Visiting Cuneo for the Christmas markets, we looked for a quiet restaurant with good food. The menu on display immediately made our mouths water, so we went in. Greeted with courtesy and politeness, we sat down in a warm and welcoming room. The food was excellent, carefully crafted, and delicious; the panko-fried anchovies were out of this world, and the carbonara was superb. Service was quick, and the staff was absolutely discreet and friendly. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

A good first experience: we tried the vegetable pizza and a BBQ burger. They were well-seasoned and of good quality. The only complaint: the baked potatoes, which we thought were fresh, were actually frozen. Otherwise, the service was friendly and the place was well-maintained.

Formerly the Cathedral Pub (a historic Cuneo pub), it has been an Infernotto Pub for a few years now. Renovated and improved in every way. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent products.
