The owner was welcoming, smiling, helpful, and very friendly. The food was top-notch. The waitress was top-notch. Everything was top-notch, and I recommend it to everyone. Next time I'll try the tasting menu and the room. A perfect gift for a couple.

Access requires a private car or taxi to navigate through treacherous, narrow streets – a surprisingly quiet location for a 4-star hotel and a 1-MICHELIN Star restaurant. Opened in 1989, the restaurant has long held its prestigious 1-MICHELIN Star. Its name translates to "chestnut tree." The main dining area is divided into several sections, decorated in a retro style with antique furniture and paintings by local artists on the walls. All tables are covered with white tablecloths, enhancing the luxurious atmosphere. Don't miss the extensive wine list of over 600 labels, all offered at reasonable prices.
🎗️ I Castagni is a classic restaurant undeniably worth a visit. Each dish offers easily accessible flavors. Moreover, the prices per dish are almost comparable to typical mid-range restaurants. Interested diners will need to make reservations by phone only. For those who want to relax immediately after checking in, they can choose to book one of the hotel's six rooms, which start at approximately 5,000 baht.
