Parmigiano Reggiano production company with milk from local producers. Very large environment, very clean and organized. Courteous and professional staff. There is a point of sale with many local products: parmesan, ricotta, yogurt, various cured meats, honey, biscuits, flours, etc. Price increase in the last year.

I like the products I find. I take the 8 or 12 month old Parmesan, to eat immediately, then the milk, the ricotta, and the 4 cheese cream in a jar, I can spread it on the bread, or use it to season the pasta! I feel good there, and I go there at least twice a month! Optimal!

In addition to Parmesan produced with local milk, there are many other delicious things...

Helpful staff, excellent local products. the yoghurts in various flavors and the pecorino cheeses, semi-matured and fresh, are delicious. I also bought 1/2kg of own-produced parmesan (available in various maturations 16/24/30/50 months) Vacuum packed to take home. Excellent value for money 6 yogurts 2 pieces of pecorino and 1/2 kg of parmesan 30 months €24 all. I will definitely return.
