Arrivati per caso in questa trattoria perché eravamo di strada e affamati. Ci accoglie il proprietario chiedendo se sappiamo come funziona questo locale. Alla nostra risposta negativa ci è stato spiegato tutto ma la sorpresa è stata quando è cominciata ad arrivare una quantità industriale di antipasti. Tutto pesce,cotto,crudo,fritto...una meraviglia! Terminati gli antipasti non siamo stati in grado di mangiare altro. Abbiamo concluso con un buon sorbetto al mandarino. Qualità ottima e gentilezza da apprezzare. Grazie!

Frequento la Trattoria Incognito da anni, e ogni volta ne esco entusiasta. Gli antipasti di pesce e crostacei sono sempre freschissimi, preparati con una creatività e un'attenzione ai dettagli che ricordano i grandi chef francesi. Un connubio perfetto tra tradizione e innovazione che rende ogni visita un vero piacere per il palato.

13/10/2025: A charming and welcoming place, with a distinctly rustic style, and parking adjacent to the building. The staff was friendly and professional, despite the fact that they were all young. The pizzas were excellent, truly delicious, from the dough to the ingredients, all top-quality and in generous quantities. Furthermore, a very welcome feature, the prices are moderately low, compared to many other places where you pay more for worse food. In short, it's definitely worth a try; you won't regret it. Follow your navigation and don't be put off by the small road you'll have to take to reach the restaurant; just pass it and you'll find the restaurant's private parking lot on the right. A+++

23/09/2025: Delicious coffee and fruit juice, and the spritz, lunch (pizzetta, etc.), and ice cream were also delicious! Great location and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
