Il fatto che il proprietario ti accolga con un sorriso, una stretta di mano e il benvenuto, già gli fa guadagnare punti. Se poi aggiungete che, il servizio è celere, il cibo è ottimo e la disponibilità nei confronti del cliente è elevata, non potete far altro che dare un ottimo voto e sperare di poterci tornare presto.

Non posso che riconfermare il mio giudizio positivo sulla trattoria Incognito! Pietanze squisite, dagli antipasti crudi ai cotti, ai primi piatti.. un vero appagamento per il palato! È sempre un piacere ritornare, accolti dalla gentilezza, cortesia e simpatia del signor Antonio che voglio ancora ringraziare per il suo "omaggio" 😉 A presto!

10/08/2024: We found this place on our way down from Etna. This was a local gem - atmosphere, service and food were amazing. This was best lunch we had while in Sicily.
04/08/2024: I've known this place my whole life and it never once disappoints me! The food is good, simple and fresh, the owner is always kind and polite, the environment is familiar and comfortable. We will return a thousand and a thousand times!
