A nice place, staffed by young but professional staff. They're very attentive to customer requests and intolerances. It's a must-try when I pass through Monforte d'Alba. They also offer gluten-free options. I recommend it.

A small, unpretentious menu, but the food is fresh and tasty, and the dining room is clean with modern colors. There's a great wine selection, and the staff provides excellent advice. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back.

Despite not having any room, they made room for us early for dinner before the other reservations. The service was excellent, both on the phone and in person. We had a Castelmagno cheese and hazelnut pizza (just average, lacking a bit of intensity) and some orecchetti, which were delicious. Highly recommended!

16/03/2026: It would be a perfect place, except for the General Manager. I came here after getting a recommendation from a local for a place to eat raw Gamberi Rosso (the equivalent of Dokdo Shrimp in Korea), and it was delicious. The young server at my table was also a nice person... However, I felt uncomfortable every time the bearded old man manager spoke. I got the feeling he was subtly trying to get me to order something else, and his attitude of clearing our table's belongings without saying a word made me question if he was right, so I left feeling annoyed haha. If you want to have a good meal on your last day in Florence only to have your mood ruined, you can go there. Even though I spent nearly 300,000 won on food like that.
