Service, environment and food are all great

A splendid location and atmosphere, that was a good start. The service was excellent from the get-go so you expect the best from a Michelin star restaurant. The menu had 11 entries, and they've added four more entrees, "on the house". You are overwhelmed by that number of dishes, unless you target an "all you can eat buffet". After the four entrees and three or four of the main ones we were almost full and more than that we wanted to remember what we had and how much we assessed each one. The card the restaurant supplied at the beginning was very helpful and we started rating each individual dish. We ate the last three because we did not want to return them. The overall score was 3.63 for me and 3.45 for my wife (for me one dish that got 5 stars was fresh bread and butter !!!) and for my wife she gave a 6 star to one of the deserts. One additional comment, service related. Sometimes we felt suffocated by two, three waiters trying to do so many things at the same time at our table.

I had dinner at Imàgo with my wife on the occasion of my 50th birthday. We've been to a few award-winning restaurants and thought it was the best meal of our lives. The 11 courses and 4 greetings from the kitchen were perfect with the wine accompaniment. It wasn't close together like in some restaurants and the service staff took care of us unobtrusively in a way that made us feel really welcome. It was a perfect birthday meal, the price is of course at the highest level, but you only live once. Many thanks to the entire Imàgo staff, it was unforgettable!

Suggestive location and trained staff, attentive to satisfying every request, including a small change in the menu. The dishes were visually splendid and a harmony of flavours. However, there was an episode that compromised the experience: during dinner, a small 'unwanted guest' moved on my partner's plate. The staff apologized promptly, but in a starred restaurant one expects rigorous control to prevent situations of this type. This detail inevitably affected what was intended to be a unique experience. Despite the technical level of the cuisine, unfortunately I cannot rate the experience as fully satisfactory.

Amazing location with a view over the whole of Rome. Exceptional dishes more than deserving of the star, I particularly appreciated the pineta and the Milanese squid. To top it all off, a super level of service, the dining room staff is very kind and makes you feel at home

Absolutely great service and food. We had a lovely dining experience thanks to the staff and the chef. Plus, you have a great view of Rome atop the Spanish Steps.

First time in a starred restaurant: we had a fantastic sensorial experience within a magnificent setting such as the Hassler hotel with a breathtaking view of Rome. Raw materials of the highest quality, in-depth study of each dish to bring the guest to reach very high peaks of taste to try at least once. More than a tasting it is a sensorial experience. Competent dining room staff who are friendly and put the customer at ease.

Prima volta in ristorante stellato: abbiamo vissuto un esperienza Sensoriale fantastica all interno di una cornice magnifica qual è hotel hassler con una vista mozzafiato su Roma. Materie prime di assoluta qualità studio approfondito di ogni piatto x portare l ospite a raggiungere vette altissime di di gusto da provare almeno una volta. Più che una degustazione è un esperienza Sensoriale. Personale di sala competente cordiale e che mette a proprio agio il cliente.

Abbiamo deciso di festeggiare il mio compleanno in questo rinomato ristorante. Location bellissima, servizio molto professionale e gentile che ti mette a proprio agio in ogni momento. Abbiamo scelto il menù creativo, Projet, che ci ha pienamente soddisfatti. Piatti molto equilibrati e piacevoli. Una menzione particolare meritano: la barbabietola, panna acida e caviale; la pasta al burro; il maiale. Il merluzzo con il rafano e’ un piatto coraggioso per il suo deciso gusto. A noi e’ comunque piaciuto. Molto bene anche il finale dei dolci che ci hanno sorpreso in positivo anche nel gusto. La barbabietola nel montblanc lo rende più elegante e interessante. Carta dei vini e cantina fenomenale! Torneremo molto volentieri. Complimenti e grazie per la piacevole esperienza vissuta.
