Il Vicolo In Aosta

Siamo stati attratti dal menu turistico esposto nella via centrale di Aosta. 20 €. E puoi scegliere due piatti sui tre proposti. Si entra in un vicolo e sulla sinistra si scendono dei gradini per entrare in una ex stalla o forse cantina. Il personale ci ha accolti subito con molta gentilezza. Il titolare parla tre lingue o forse anche di più. I piatti menù turistico sono eccezionali. Lo stinco con la polenta, i cannelloni alla valdostana, la bistecca alla valdostana, e il tagliere di salumi valdostani che è una prelibatezza. Alla fine abbiamo preso tre menù turistici in due perché non riuscivamo a smettere di mangiare cose buone. Consigliatissimo soprattutto per la gentilezza del personale..

A small town with a beautiful historic center. Vicolo caffè is a nice place for a pleasant break!!!

This hidden gem can be found down one of the side alleys off the main pathway in Aosta town. It was like walking into a cave and the place was so quirky with artefacts everywhere and 3 or 4 scooters perched wihin the thick walls. The restaurant was fairly full for a lunchtime and the service was good. We both chose different pizzas and they were exceptional - full of toppings and very flavoursome. The price was very reasonable and we were both offered a grappa at the end of the meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant which is full of character.

Beautiful bar, friendly and knowledgeable staff, attentive to your requests. Lots of variety of cocktails and crazy aperitifs. Nice company too! Definitely coming back!
