Overall quite satisfied. There are some things that I would like to recommend:
The service is mediocre. The waiter was very kind and attentive, but definitely needs to be trained better. I ordered the raw fish of the day and a fry, specifically asking for them to arrive together. But they didn't arrive together. The fried food arrived about ten minutes after I finished consuming the raw food.
When bringing raw and fried food, it would be a good idea to bring something for your hands. The classic water and lemon or the disposable wipe. The towel arrived a long time later, when I asked to replace the now frayed napkin.
Be careful with raw foods. The Scampi still had their casings. I cleaned them myself.
A separate bowl for scraps (shells, shells) should be brought immediately. I asked for it.
The bread? Isn't it customary to offer it in the service? I would have liked it to be brought to the table.
The dirty wet towel from the raw food remained on the table until the end of the meal. I had to request another one.
Overall the problem was the waiter's lack of experience in following the basic procedures of a service. But in any case I don't feel like condemning it. He was kind. Perhaps instructions should be given "from above".
Raw ok. A little sparse for the price. Fried ok.
The glass of sparkling, slightly sparkling white wine. But good.
Price 50.50. I left 60 for kindness, more precious than professionalism.
I would recommend a greater presence of owners or managers in the room. Especially with new customers, more attention would be nice. Perhaps the owner was there (white tuft?) but he was totally uninterested (even a good morning and goodbye was appreciated).
Overall, I recommend. I'll be back.

Alle 1145 ci siamo presentati x pranzo e sono stati venissimo a farci un piatto di pasta e servirc i dolci il locale da fuori è una volta seduti non sembrava proprio il massimo compreso il bagno ma abbiamo pranzato con un ottima carbonara x 11 il piatto

A place famous for its gluten-free cuisine, certainly an important quality and great sensitivity. We only ate a normal pizza (with gluten) which however was too hard and difficult to cut even though the flavor was pleasant. Maybe an oversight.

The sailing ship will take you to discover excellent products, in a refined environment, and with the kindness of the staff you will feel like you are staying with family. Excellent pinsa and excellent cuisine, possibility to also choose gluten-free. Very friendly and welcoming staff who welcome customers very well. A beautiful local excellence that must absolutely be tried. Reasonable price and excellent quality of the dishes. Easily reachable by public transport given the presence of the Re di Roma line A stop, or various bus lines. Lunch and dinner pizza, as well as first and second courses. To try. Highly recommended.

When I'm in Rome I order very often from this restaurant (today a supplì with fish, and you can really see the fish inside and then a gricia with truffle) their gluten-free is perfect, in terms of taste you don't notice the difference between gluten and gluten-free, this proves that they know what they are doing and they do it like a god! 10/10!

È la seconda volta che ordino ed il cibo, la sua qualità ed il gusto è a dir poco sublime. Quando sono a Roma testo molti locali e ho trovato raramente la qualità e la sapienza che utilizzano loro nelle loro preparazioni. Il mio consiglio, è quello di pensare ad una vostra produzione e distribuzione delle vostre ricette, soprattutto il senza glutine, su vasta scala nazionale e/o internazionale.
