Great restaurant. Everything on the menu is available gluten-free (pizza, pinsa, pasta, gnocchi), and it's delicious. The "regular" pinsa was also great. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

What can I say, a paradise for celiacs, everything homemade, top-quality fish, kind and helpful staff, pizza even for lunch, ... what more could you want?

"True" place with traditional Roman dishes, also for celiacs (excellent tagliatelle). Nice and very helpful service. The location is a bit "rustic", if you like, but it is exactly what you expect from a traditional Roman restaurant. The service is very attentive, especially for celiacs.

I have had the opportunity to appreciate the gastronomic quality of the Il Veliero restaurant on several occasions: among the various types of pasta and the numerous pizzas tasted, it confirms itself as a point of reference for Roman cuisine. Excellent.

Accogliente ristorante nei pressi di piazza Re di Roma, personale gentile e disponibile, possibilità di numerosi piatti gluten free. Abbiamo mangiato buone ed abbondanti pietanze di pesce, un’ottima cicoria ripassata, dessert di livello. Prezzi nella media.

Piacevole scoperta nella zona di Piazza dei Re di Roma. Locale di due sale pulito ed accogliente. Il personale è molto veloce nel servire e un punto a favore è la doppia cucina con glutine e senza e le porzioni abbondanti. Unico problema è il parcheggio su strada che in quella zona non è facile trovare, l'alternativa più semplice è arrivarci con la metro A fermata Re di Roma. Assolutamente da provare.

21/06/2025: I happen to pass by there returning from Anzio after a nice day at the beach, a nice slice of pizza is needed, I want to tell you a story when I was little my father with our catering (delicatessen) supplied him with the food for the pizza fillings and I remember a nice diploma hanging there in the pizzeria fourth place in the world for pizza by the slice Alessandro Giorgioni the owner and we are talking about many years ago and to this day nothing has changed the quality and also the price within everyone's reach highly recommended
13/05/2025: First time. Excellent pizza both for dough and toppings. Fast and friendly service despite the many customers. The only flaw is the very small parking lot for the many customers who arrive considering the place all in cars. Definitely to be repeated and without a doubt recommended. 💪 👋 😉 😋🍀

15/06/2025: Simply extraordinary! Everything was delicious from appetizer to dessert. We preferred to order fish and I must say we were very satisfied. A few minutes wait, impeccable service. Very fresh fish cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back. Congratulations!
