02/05/2026: I realize I've been going to Bob's for almost 10 years now and I've never reviewed it.
Well, what can I say: for me, Bob is THE pizza.
Bob isn't your typical, conventional pizzeria. Bob is an experience. It should be experienced as a journey: a different way of understanding pizza, where dough, ingredients, technique, and creativity come together without ever becoming an exercise in itself.
The place is well-kept, modern, and distinctive, with a precise identity. The staff is always kind, knowledgeable, and attentive; the dining room managers manage the experience with professionalism, but without being rigid, making you feel welcomed and cared for.
Pizza is the heart of everything: excellent dough, carefully crafted toppings, never boring combinations, and a rare ability to surprise while remaining balanced. Each offering has a story to tell, without ever losing sight of flavor.
The desserts are also noteworthy: not just a finale, but a coherent continuation of the experience, with well-thought-out, carefully crafted desserts that leave a lasting impression.
The selection of beers and wines is also noteworthy: excellent quality, well-stocked, and designed to perfectly complement the food.
Bob is one of those places where you don't just go for pizza, but to experience a culinary concept applied to pizza. After so many years, it remains an absolute must-try for me.

30/04/2026: What can I say? I've been coming for years and every time I'm enchanted by Bob's masterful creations! Best pizza and experience ever, worth the wait. Special mention to the super welcoming and attentive dining room staff, especially Nadia and Francesco, who always have a smile and are very attentive!
