We opted to be amazed by the Lascia fare a Filippo e Tommaso menu, and we were very satisfied with our choice. Each dish, from the welcome amuse bouche, was a balance of flavors, textures, and contrasts that made for a very interesting and enjoyable experience.
A small note on the service, which was at times awkward and slow, certainly not up to par with the quality of the cuisine.

A superb experience, a very fine balance of flavors in the dishes; each dish was exquisite and meticulously prepared. The sommelier was outstanding, offering excellent advice and a selection of superb wines, including some rare ones.

Amazing experience. We celebrated our daughters 15th birthday here and we selected the chefs choice tasting menu. Each bite was amazing.

Paolo's professionalism and expertise in the dining room, combined with Filippo's skill and creative flair in the kitchen, make this restaurant a fantastic sensory experience. The location helps you fully immerse yourself in a timeless place. I'm not usually one to take photos of the dishes, but the visual impact is remarkable, combined with the exceptional flavor, and will forever remain in my memory. On the two occasions I've tried their offerings, I've always been extremely satisfied. The first time, I let the chef do the rest with a tasting menu pairing his great classics with the dishes on the menu at that time, while the second time I wanted to try them myself. The artichoke, the smoked ravioli with fresh pasta made to order, the melt-in-the-mouth sturgeon, and the citrus dessert made me dream. The wine pairings are perfect, with the constant search for small producers who perfectly enhance the dishes. Congratulations to the entire staff.

Absolutely memorable: steamed scampi with mandarin and Armagnac, double Milanese rice with marrow and gold, Morgex sturgeon cacciatore, tarte tatin with Tahitian vanilla ice cream, citrus on citrus.
