Vecchio Ristoro Restaurant is a guarantee of excellence. We tried the five-course tasting menu as a couple, including an amuse bouche and pre-dessert. The flavors and colors of the dishes enchanted us. The pairing wines were also excellent.

Wow, where to start, a real experience. Starting from the reception, the restaurant's space is beautiful, the number of seats in the restaurant is really small, the staff is knowledgeable about the little details, the food is perfect, you have to come hungry, small but endless portions.

A great evening at Vecchio Ristoro. All the dishes were tasty, creative, and varied. Everything from A to Z is 100% homemade, using traceable and local ingredients as much as possible, and the service was very warm and informative! We also had some wonderful wine discoveries, with several gems from the Aosta Valley. The restaurant is clearly above many French 1-star Michelin restaurants, so we hope to get a second one soon, given all the hard work and talent! Thanks again!

The dining room is pretty without being too formal. The person presenting the dishes was very cheerful; we really had a great time.
The balance of flavors and textures was perfectly mastered; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Honestly, 19/20. The only downside was that the first roll wasn't up to scratch, and the service between courses was a bit rushed, but that's just nitpicking.

We went to this beautiful restaurant based on its reputation and were not disappointed. The service was friendly and efficient and the food was beautifully prepared. We had the proximity tasting menu. It was excellent. We did not want to do full wine pairing but we were selected an excellent glass of orange wine for the first 2 courses and red for courses 3 and 4. We both loved the Bar BQ quail with fig ravioli whilst the beef fillet steak was also exquisite. Highly recommended

A restaurant in the heart of Aosta, with a welcoming dining room furnished in typical Aosta Valley style.
We chose the tasting menu with wine pairings: an excellent experience. The sommelier proved to be very knowledgeable in pairings, enhancing each course.
The pre-appetizers were delicious, well-balanced dishes with attention to detail.
A special mention goes to the flavored butter and the quail, the best I've ever tasted.
A must-see for any true lover of good food.

Un ristorante stellato dove torniamo sempre volentieri: ogni volta ci sorprende, incanta e soddisfa fino all’ultimo piatto. Contrariamente a quanto si pensa, non si esce affamati, ma appagati nel corpo e nella mente. Un’esperienza gastronomica completa, da provare e riprovare!
