My boyfriend and I spent an unforgettable evening at the old restaurant. The attention and care given to the food and the customers is without a doubt impeccable. The dishes are refined, and the atmosphere is intimate and welcoming. Highly recommended.

A simply unforgettable dinner at the Vecchio Ristoro Restaurant in Aosta. We chose the five-course menu with amuse bouche, pre-dessert, and wine pairing, and each dish was a small work of art: a perfect balance of technique, creativity, and the highlighting of Aosta Valley's finest ingredients. The service was impeccable—attentive but never intrusive—and the atmosphere in the old 17th-century mill made the experience even more special.

The word that, in my opinion, best describes this restaurant is "a true gem," which anyone who appreciates excellent cuisine should discover. The dishes, beyond being exquisite, are exceptionally good; the ingredients are top-quality and expertly prepared. The sommelier is equally skilled as the chef, and the food and wine pairings are spot-on, bringing out the best in the dishes. It goes without saying that the quality of the wines is in keeping with the restaurant's quality. Add to this a chic yet unobtrusive atmosphere, a refined yet unpretentious ambience; in short, you feel at ease. Finally, my husband and I have dined at various Michelin-starred restaurants in and outside the Valley, and our conclusions are that it's hard, even for a Michelin-starred restaurant, to match this one. For us, it's by far the best in Aosta and, frankly, one of the best we've tried so far.

Definitely the best restaurant in the city. The Michelin star is fully deserved. The dishes are complex but very balanced. The service is young but very attentive and courteous. The wine list is excellent.

Vecchio Ristoro Restaurant is a guarantee of excellence. We tried the five-course tasting menu as a couple, including an amuse bouche and pre-dessert. The flavors and colors of the dishes enchanted us. The pairing wines were also excellent.

Wow, where to start, a real experience. Starting from the reception, the restaurant's space is beautiful, the number of seats in the restaurant is really small, the staff is knowledgeable about the little details, the food is perfect, you have to come hungry, small but endless portions.

A great evening at Vecchio Ristoro. All the dishes were tasty, creative, and varied. Everything from A to Z is 100% homemade, using traceable and local ingredients as much as possible, and the service was very warm and informative! We also had some wonderful wine discoveries, with several gems from the Aosta Valley. The restaurant is clearly above many French 1-star Michelin restaurants, so we hope to get a second one soon, given all the hard work and talent! Thanks again!
