Excellent hotel, superb restaurant, rooms in line with 3-star standards, Riccardo and Chef Marco, his brother, are very friendly and kind people, recommended for its location which allows you to reach the best tourist destinations in a short time.

Excellent hotel/restaurant along the road leading to Volterra from Pomarance, 10 km before Volterra, in the Saline di Volterra area. Great Florentine steaks, 1 x 2 steaks weighing more than 1.3 kg, 2 first courses, pici, wild boar, and octopus, 2 small carafes of wine, coffee. Rich and inviting menu, featuring traditional Tuscan dishes. Friendly service, welcoming atmosphere, wines, bottles, half bottles, glasses, and carafes.
