First day in Rome. We landed and headed to Trastevere, stopping at the Tulipano Nero. Gricia and carbonara to start. Recommended. P.S.: The photo with Ultimo looks like a photomontage, though.

Excellent pizza. The gluten-free one is fantastic, even the sweet one with Nutella. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Elena was excellent.

The manager and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is simple but refined, and above all, the food is excellent, with a fantastic gluten-free menu. Thanks to some clever organizational decisions, the restaurant is safe. The only downside is that it's perhaps a little pricey... but I'll be back and definitely recommend it!

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had, as someone who's been celiac for 17 years. Everyone was very attentive, definitely worth a try.

03/10/2025: Decent food, but very limited selection. Excellent grilled meats. Friendly service. Otherwise, nothing special. Location: suburban neighborhood, ground floor of an inhabited detached house. The interior (decently) was empty, but they seated us in a sort of internal courtyard at the back. The smell was unpleasant, like an old butcher's shop. The furnishings were dilapidated, and it looked like a basement. A first course (me), a large steak (my son), and a half glass of house wine... €75... no comment.
28/09/2025: Always a guarantee!! I recommend it.
