Il Tufo Allegro In Pitigliano

I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago with my family and my partner. The lunch was truly exquisite, from the appetizers (fantastic platters of cured meats and cheeses) to the first courses, which were truly exceptional. Their "Gnudi" in both versions are a must-try. The desserts are also expertly crafted. Definitely worth returning.

We went for lunch and arrived just as they were closing, yet the chef invited us in, cooked for us, and served us himself in a very personal and professional manner. He was very friendly and showed us places to visit in Tuscany. The food was delicious, it took no time at all to prepare, and he was attentive to us at all times. He served us delicious appetizers. He even played Spanish music for us to feel at home. We highly recommend it! 👌🏼👌🏼

The best dishes I've ever eaten in my life. The quality of the products and the chef's experience are evident. We tried different dishes and all were unforgettable, a true Tuscan symphony served with elegance and passion (I've uploaded photos for you to see). But the most striking thing is the flavor: authentic, intense, and with a distinct identity. My recommendation: don't leave without trying the chocolate cinghiale, the Siglia buglione, the tagliatelle with rabbit ragù, the gnocchi, and, without a doubt, my favorite dessert: the ricotta mousse. The service was warm, professional, and friendly. The ambiance of the place makes you feel at home. Also worth mentioning is the extensive wine selection. The waitress, who is also a sommelier, recommended two excellent wines, perfectly suited to what we ate. If you're in Tuscany, this restaurant is a must-see. I will definitely return 🤤😍

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Whenever I go to Pitigliano, I try to eat here at least once. Doménico and his team do an incredible job: the love and attention to detail in every dish is evident. The pastas are wonderful, and the meats are spectacular. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the high quality they offer. Some personal recommendations: Pappardelle with ragù, Gran Peposo, and Cinghiale al chooccolato. And from the dessert menu, although they're all incredible, I'd stick with the Millefoglie ai frutti di monteiro. A special mention to Yurima, who, in addition to being an attentive and friendly waitress, is an expert sommelier who always manages to recommend the perfect wine for every occasion. In short, the best restaurant in Pitigliano, and one of the best in all of Tuscany.

I really liked it, good food and nice atmosphere

Ceno da Domenico con relativa frequenza e sono, quindi, di parte. Stavolta ho gustato gnudi al burro con erbe e cinghiale al cioccolato fondente e frutta. Meraviglioso!!
