Nos dirigimos a otro restaurante más alto en la lista de Tripadvisor cuando caminamos por aquí y vimos una señal de que tenían fresco local Porcini. Realmente queríamos el Porcini fresco así que no podía resistirse a comer aquí en su lugar. Estamos muy contentos de haber parado y no entendemos por qué es tan bajo en la escala Tripadvisor. No sabía que era un restaurante Michelin. Se sentía tan hogareño y casual como cualquier otro Trattoria. Y realmente no era mucho más caro (tal vez unos pocos euros) que el restaurante número 1 según Tripadvisor. Tuvimos que probar todos los platos especiales de Porcini para el día, así que tenía un entrante, 2 Primi y 1 Secondo. Más 2 copas de vino por solo 84 euros. Esperarías pagar mucho más por Michelin. El costo más alto es el vino, ya que no ofrecen un vino barato de la casa. La calidad de cada plato era irreprochable y definitivamente vale cada centavo. Y el servicio fue impecable. Éramos la única mesa por un tiempo y solo había otra pareja cenando para cuando terminamos, así que eso puede haber evitado parte de la lentitud que otros han reportado. Me gustó conocer al Chef mientras estábamos saliendo. Espero que más personas vayan y revisen para mover esto a la parte superior de la lista donde pertenece.

Man sitzt sehr schön in einer ruhigen Seitengasse und wird freundlich mit einem Gruß aus der Küche begrüßt. Die Auswahl der Mittagskarte ist gut, es werden einige typisch regionale Speisen angeboten. Die Qualität des Essens ist ausgezeichnet, auch der Wein war sehr gut! Wer in Pitigliano unterwegs ist, macht sich selbst eine Freude, wenn er hier essen geht.

A typical but very elegant restaurant carved into the tuff. We ate very well and the meat melted in our mouths. I honestly didn't expect much and I was very impressed. The room below entirely carved out of stone is something special. The service is very attentive, fast and helpful

We arrived on a stormy day and found tranquility and hospitality at the Tufo Allegro. Absolutely recommended, from the location to the cuisine it was truly perfect. The wine list and menu are excellent (also suitable for those who don't eat meat), the Chef offers truly superbly prepared dishes. There isn't one thing I would change about the lunch we had. We hope to return soon and congratulations to all the restaurant staff.

Very tasty food and courteous service. As German-speaking tourists, we were helped a lot with the choice of food and wine. Our daughter (3 years old) was also warmly welcomed. The only drawback was the long wait for the bill, which was simply because the lady was alone. We also found it to be reasonably priced. Gladly again!

We stumbled upon this restaurant in the alleys of Pitigliano by chance...we were fascinated by the research into the raw materials and the particularity of the dishes...we highly recommend it because each dish is a journey of taste and high quality...
