The most characteristic Panicoteca Pub in SBT located a few steps from the old Torrione in the upper town, with excellent quality sandwiches and beers, as well as impeccable, fast and helpful service... RECOMMENDED!

Stepping into another time, that's the feeling I had when I walked in here. The pastrami was superb, both on the sandwich and on the bruschetta. This is the second time I've been here with my boys. Of course, there will be a third.

We arrived without a reservation, and with a small child. A quaint pub located in old buildings, so the space is narrow and cramped (that's its beauty). Despite this, they found us a table and were very kind in accommodating our stroller and bringing a high chair. The pastrami sandwich with tomato and mozzarella was truly incredible! The gluten-free version was also excellent and noteworthy! The owners are very experienced and very kind! We'll definitely be back sooner or later! Long live the Torrione! 🐘

26/03/2026: For us who were passing through, it was a great discovery; we ate good, quality food. The service was friendly and courteous. We, who are traveling with our big dog, took a stroll in the adjacent garden.

07/05/2026: The atmosphere is unique because it's picturesque, but perhaps it's a bit too eccentric for me. Of course, that's the place's "signature." So you either like it or you don't. Food: gigantic portions (which is actually a good thing), but not knowing what it was (being used to Rome), I couldn't really appreciate the rest. The mixed fried fish was a bit disappointing: it was actually a lot of battered vegetables. It was good, but there were 2 olives and 2 cremini among 15 zucchini. The menu was a bit short: usually a good thing, but there wasn't much variety. Maybe they're more focused on pizzas? The service was okay, nothing exceptional, very informal. I was disappointed with the Sibillini steak, which was a bit dull.
04/05/2026: Very cosy place, nice medieval atmosphere that doesnt feel overbearing, good food. What more do you want?
