A small kiosk with a myriad of options, all featuring local products and recipes, the kind that make your mouth water just reading the menu 😋. Lampredotto, tripe, tongue, porchetta, and liver served in sandwiches or kebabs or as main courses, along with a remarkable selection of pasta dishes. Given the journey ahead, I had to eat lightly and opted for a delicious fresh sausage and stracchino sandwich accompanied by a small beer for a total of €9.50.
