13/03/2025: Pizzeria in Barletta that offers unlimited pinsa tours on Wednesdays. Evening with colleagues. The restaurant has a large room, reservations are required, we tried this type of menu, where the pinsa tour is unlimited at a set cost, drinks and cover charge are excluded. The regulations are very clear on the table, even if you leave a ledge you pay an additional penalty of two euros per person, and we got the penalty for all the participants we were because we actually left some leftover pinsa. The flaw, however, was that these Pinsas all arrived with the same flavour, the first ones all margherita, and there were enough of them, that in the first instance we were in trouble, especially the women, then the second round of Pinsa arrived again with a red pizza, this time the "diavola" which unfortunately, being very spicy and once again based on margherita, made us a little nauseated, the third round of Pinsa arrived white with courgettes. Unfortunately, this one arrived last, if there were alternate or mixed pinches at each round it is likely that it would be enjoyed better and everyone's tastes would be met. Good dough, a good pinsa and all in all you have a nice evening without spending an arm and a leg. Ask first how to behave if you are going for a birthday... how it works, because we brought everything to portion out and eat including saucers and forks... but if the service is carried out by the misá pizzeria there is a supplement.
