È il posto giusto per assaporare le pietanze locali sullo sfondo di un ambiente pulito e accogliente. tutto è ben curato nei particolari, consiglio sicuramente ai turisti delle città settentrionali.
Si mangia bene veduta sui sassi
A wonderful dinner featuring typical local products, including an appetizer of various cured meats and orecchiette pasta. All this with a splendid view. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant, as it also boasts a 17th-century wine cellar.

Nice place to have lunch. However, I am a foodie, and can tell you that if you have eaten half of the world, and if you have previously eaten in a few Italian restaurants, you will not get a gourmet journey at this place. This restaurant will feed you with OK food, but there will hardly be something you ate that will make you want to come back. Lamb is OK, maybe a little bit too chewy. Fried peppers are over fried to the death, and they are not good (may be the way they prepare them in this part of Italy - avoid them). Parmigiana is ok, but also nothing to write home about. As for the soups, they are not worth trying (they are much better north of Florence and in northern Italy).

I am quite fond of the ambiance and the scenery offered by this restaurant.
The cuisine, particularly the pork ribs accompanied by sausage, is delightful and tender, which I enjoyed with a mixed salad.
The prosciutto paired with melon is also a very pleasant choice.
The fettuccine ai fungi, prepared al dente, is also quite flavorful. The staff members are all amiable and courteous.
The tiramisu also good too hot n worm feel at the same time maybe they put some icecream in the middle and espresso with lady finger all together.
I would certainly recommend this establishment if you happen to be in the vicinity and wish to savor the delights of Sassi di Matera.
They have menu with pictures so easy for me to understand it.

Este lugar es enorme, engañoso desde fuera hacia abajo bastantes escalones. Gran servicio y la comida era excelente. También debido al diseño tenía un gran ambiente también
