Everything is delicious. The pasta and risotto that you can get served from the parmesan cheese wheel are the best options for first-timers (especially with truffle), but everything there is great.

Very friendly service and excellent ragu on the Tagliatelle. Wanted to try a Bologna special and it did not disappoint. Cream tortillini wasn't bad either, but the added truffle was not cheap.

A wonderful surprise. As a Bolognese who thinks she knows a lot of restaurants, this trattoria was a wonderful discovery. Traditional cuisine with flavors that evoke tradition and experience, a superb Umbrian cured meats appetizer, a suer lasagna, and an amazing rabbit casserole. Thank you, I'll be back as soon as possible.

Very friendly staff. Relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Pasta Bolognese and Tiramisu were real highlights. Choose the classic Italian. Creme brûlée was not as good as you would have liked.

They serve the pasta with parmeggiano from the wheel itself! A reason alone to come to this restaurant. The taste was fantastic and the staff welcoming, professional and very quick.

My favourite place in Bologna, I already been here twice. The restaurant is simple, but welcoming. The food is delicious and traditional, their risotto with the parmigiano reggiano, which is served directly from the cheese wheel right in front of you, is the best I'veever had. Great selection of wine to accompany the food. The host is very welcoming and friendly, he will tell you more about the food and beverages if you are interested. The price is fair for the quality and quantity of the food. I strongly recommend to try this hidden gem if you are visiting Bologna!

The meal was delicious, we had a great time. It was a pleasure to taste pasta prepared directly in the wheel for the first time. I would like to point out that my mother, who has not liked cheese since the dawn of time, discovered and loved burrata and real parmesan this evening (different from our French products). A plus for dishes prepared with truffle which adds a touch of sweetness and excellence. The very friendly manager is there to offer advice and give you details of the restaurant's history. I highly recommend it.

Esta trattoria presenta comida que muestra Bolonia en su mejor momento. Un menú de platos regionales locales, bien preparados y servidos con energía y entusiasmo. Trufas en oferta con la mayoría de los platos. Agrega la carta de vinos a un precio razonable y es un ganador para una buena noche de fiesta. Sugiero que reserve, ya que estaba lleno en una noche fresca de mitad de semana.
