Come si intuisce dal nome, tutta la proposta gastronomica è incentrata sulle tartare, che si possono personalizzare in vari modi e dimensioni. Locale semplice, servizio cordiale e cortese, merita sicuramente una vista.

Il locale è semplice, ma carino. Presenta un menù altrettanto semplice, con poche possibilità di scelta, che orbitano attorno alla carne cruda, che ovviamente è la specialità della casa ed è molto ben preparata. Personalmente ho trovato molto alta la qualità del cibo, ma alto anche il conto pagato alla fine. Da provare.
