Best gelato in the world! 🍨 We were so lucky that the fig flavor was available, and we were very well taken care of, both at the table and at the counter. Grazie, ladies! ❤️

A unique place with exceptionally delicious gelato, delicious coffee, pastries, and exceptionally friendly service. The place is fully air-conditioned and renovated, so you can sit comfortably with your family on a hot day. I recommend it to everyone. We only ate desserts and sandwiches, and I haven't tried any of the other menu items.

I visited this place twice in the same day and, unfortunately, I was left with mixed impressions. First of all, the location is a great advantage. Being located right in the center of the Prato della Valle area, it is a nice place where you can stop for a few minutes to enjoy a coffee and relax. The place is nicely decorated, has a neat appearance and an atmosphere that, at first glance, seems welcoming. The coffee is very good and this is, without a doubt, the strong point of the place. However, my experience was overshadowed by the way the staff is organized. Although there were not many customers inside, I noticed a lot of agitation and lack of organization on the part of the employees. This created the impression of a disorderly and unprofessional service. Another aspect that bothered me is the fact that, although I paid for my consumption each time, I did not receive a tax receipt either on the first or second visit. I believe that providing a tax receipt should be a natural and mandatory thing for any place. Overall, although the coffee is excellent and the location is very good, the experience due to the staff organization and the lack of a tax receipt made me leave with a negative impression. For this reason, I will most likely not return, even if the products served are of quality. My rating: 3/5 ⭐ – for the good coffee and the excellent location, but the services provided need improvement.
