Ristorante squisito in Montopolandia! Selezione squisita di pecorini, seguiti da un piatto di tagliolini ai funghi porcini e tartufo fresco a scaglie. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, a base di cuore e anima!

30/03/2025: Our favorite We ate here 6 times in 4 days stay in Pisa. I liked that I found many Tuscan dishes and I really liked the pici pasta with pecorino and truffles, but also the trippa pisana and pappa pomodoro. The food was fresh and tasty. The steaks were great, very well cooked, and the portions are even enough so that you don't waste anything and can also enjoy a dessert. The desserts are delicious. I tasted the panna cotta with salted caramel, berries and white chocolate, torta con bishe. In addition to the good food, we returned to this restaurant because the atmosphere is quite cool, the waiters are funny, super attentive and offer appropriate recommendations. I would have liked to nominate a waiter who stood out for his great service, but I can't and that's because everyone who served us was super attentive, polite and kind.
30/03/2025: Great food, great atmosphere, exceptional service. Reasonable price. 100% recommended.
