Puatt8 simple, but well-prepared, with delicate and very original flavors. We tried the gourmet menu and it was worth it. Recommended!

We tried the Summer 25 gourmet menu, which offered the opportunity to sample the entire menu, from appetizer to dessert, including a bottle of wine, for €80 per person. It was a pleasant experience. The evening began with four small appetizers: a shrimp in filo pastry, a goat cheese and spider crab tartlet, an octopus, potato, and smoked scamorza bonbon (perhaps the scamorza made it a little salty), and a non-alcoholic watermelon aperitif (the latter should have been served a little cooler). The second appetizer (snapper tartare) and pizza-flavored risotto were spectacular. I was less impressed with the second course, which consisted of king prawns with julienned vegetables. To round out the meal, dessert and small pastries were served. To drink, a very good Greganico Dorato. Overall, a very positive experience.

We tried the gourmet menu and it was very good. The location was impeccably maintained, the wait staff was very friendly, and the chef personally stopped by to greet everyone at our tables. We'll definitely be back to try the tasting menu.

Terrible service, very distracted and not very friendly; food was decent but nothing amazing; placed in a small room with a small bathroom, isolated from the "real" dining room... I expected more from a Michelin-starred restaurant (since I've tried several, including the Gourmantico option)!

We went for lunch on Sunday! We tried the menu offered on their gourmet website. We had a great time, and we'll definitely be back one evening to try the à la carte menu.

A place I wasn't familiar with. I really appreciated the attention they gave me when I changed the menu. The quality of the food was excellent, but the attention to customer service always impressed me. Kudos to all the staff.

It is always a precious point of reference. If you go, you come back.

Great place and truly sublime cuisine...

Sono stato a cena con mia moglie sabato 26 aprile..locale carino e semplice con parcheggio adiacente...personale giovane disponibile e gentilissimi...la ragazza che ci ha servito anche molto cordiale e simpatica...scelto menù a mano libera..devo dire che era tutto molto buono...con sapori semplici ma con impiattamento da stellato..lo chef è venuto più volte in sala per salutare...e ciò fa sempre piacere.. il prezzo in linea con tutto quello elencato...bella esperienza..saluti dall' Umbria...

Stellato non per finta. Tutto ricercato com’è giusto che sia da un ristorante di questo genere. La scelta è ricaduta su uno dei menù degustazione, quello con più portate: meglio provare più cose, data l’occasione. Ovviamente non ci si alza con la fame, anzi. Si fatica a decidere cosa sia più buono di altro: sta veramente ai gusti personali. Forse l’accostamento dei vini non si è rivelato memorabile: un mix di vini stranieri ed italiani, con quello etnei che hanno svettato a ragione. Parte di un circuito di stellati da provare uno per uno.
