Excellent food, but compared to other similar restaurants, the portions are a bit small. Despite having a full meal, I was still hungry before dessert. The atmosphere is a bit too subdued, almost more like a romantic setting than a business dinner.

3.5/5 – my actual rating, rounded up because it's impossible to give half a score. I enjoyed the tasting menu with the Gourmantico menu, offering a good balance of flavors and textures throughout. Among the most successful dishes were the "walk in the woods" consommé and the "Amalfi Tokyo" risotto. The service of the leavened products was also excellent. The modern tiramisu was one of the best we tasted, so carefully crafted that I almost hesitated to break it. While the cuisine is impressive, the service was the most critical aspect of the evening. The welcome could be improved. The very dim lighting, especially at some tables, made it difficult to fully appreciate the aesthetics of the dishes. The waits between some courses were quite long, and furthermore, there was a noticeable difference in the pace compared to a table that arrived after us, which, despite following a more detailed route, was served more quickly. Those who choose the Gourmantico menu shouldn't feel like they're being treated second best: I don't see any justification for inequalities in treatment. Finally, when picking up our coats, we had some difficulty locating our personal belongings. Overall, the cuisine is good, but it deserves more attentive service.

Very elegant atmosphere, somewhat crowded. Delicious and tempting gourmet seafood menu. The only downside is the initial wait and the long pause between the first and second courses. The wait staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

We've known this restaurant for a long time, and as always, we're amazed by the chef's creativity in creating spectacular dishes, accompanied by excellent wines, and by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. It's always a positive experience to have lunch or dinner there.
