The two starters we had were excellent, after a wait that allowed them to be prepared on the spot. The atmosphere was truly beautiful, with pleasant, relaxing background music. The service was also attentive.

A superb little restaurant on Tolentino's oldest street. The interior is simple and elegant, the two owners are extremely friendly, and the food is superb. If you're there, don't miss the chance to sample their specialties.

07/04/2026: Historic restaurant since 1965. Tuscan cuisine, traditional dishes, premium cured meats and cheeses. Homemade tortelli and ravioli. Charcoal-grilled meats from various breeds. Excellent wine list. High-quality hospitality and service. 👋
03/11/2025: We returned after a while with great anticipation. The appetizer was very good and varied, especially the salads, with excellent cured meats as well. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed by the gnocchi with chicory and pecorino cheese, due to the cream, which wasn't specified on the menu. Please, no cream, at least not for us, and not just for the inconvenience it can cause. We were only able to partially enjoy the dish, and not so much with the bill.
