Very friendly family management, interesting and original fish-based first courses. The swordfish steak was beautifully cooked, and the desserts were homemade. The atmosphere is comfortable, set in an old building in the historic center. We'll gladly return.

A kind couple awaits you in the streets of the historic village of Tolentino. The menu offers something for everyone: the prices, slightly above average, are absolutely justified by the quality of the products and the passion with which they are prepared. Compliments to the chef! The service is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I absolutely recommend a meal at this charming restaurant; the cuisine is very reminiscent of home cooking, and the quality is certainly not lacking!

A real surprise in the historic center of Tolentino! 🍽️ We dined al fresco, welcomed with an exquisite entrée and a glass of prosecco on the house. The seafood dishes were intensely flavorful but never predictable, the service was friendly, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. It's a shame we couldn't try the appetizers (reservations required), but it's already a great excuse to return! ...even the salad is delicious!!!

From Grenoble and on vacation in the region, we visited the city of Tolentino. For lunch, we went straight to Ristorante Il Santo Bevitore... what a lovely discovery, a very quiet place with a lovely courtyard, and a tastefully decorated dining room. The service was impeccable, the hostess was very welcoming, and we chose "Spaghetti alle vongole," which reminded me of my grandmother's cooking. Delicious, and the homemade dessert was a delight. Go there...

30/11/2025: We arrived at 2:30 PM, after climbing Monte San Vicino. We were tired and hungry, but they managed to get us a table for two, and we were happy. The wait was a bit long, but we didn't arrive at a typical time either. Our dishes were gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and tortellini with truffle sauce, both delicious and plentiful. The salad portion, however, was a bit small in my opinion. Finally, we enjoyed the tiramisu dessert. The dining room is richly decorated with paintings and rustic elements, almost giving the impression of being in a museum. The tables seemed a bit close together, but overall, it was a positive experience.
27/10/2025: We really enjoyed Pranzo here. The portions are huge.
