Very friendly family management, interesting and original fish-based first courses. The swordfish steak was beautifully cooked, and the desserts were homemade. The atmosphere is comfortable, set in an old building in the historic center. We'll gladly return.

A kind couple awaits you in the streets of the historic village of Tolentino. The menu offers something for everyone: the prices, slightly above average, are absolutely justified by the quality of the products and the passion with which they are prepared. Compliments to the chef! The service is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I absolutely recommend a meal at this charming restaurant; the cuisine is very reminiscent of home cooking, and the quality is certainly not lacking!

A real surprise in the historic center of Tolentino! 🍽️ We dined al fresco, welcomed with an exquisite entrée and a glass of prosecco on the house. The seafood dishes were intensely flavorful but never predictable, the service was friendly, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. It's a shame we couldn't try the appetizers (reservations required), but it's already a great excuse to return! ...even the salad is delicious!!!

From Grenoble and on vacation in the region, we visited the city of Tolentino. For lunch, we went straight to Ristorante Il Santo Bevitore... what a lovely discovery, a very quiet place with a lovely courtyard, and a tastefully decorated dining room. The service was impeccable, the hostess was very welcoming, and we chose "Spaghetti alle vongole," which reminded me of my grandmother's cooking. Delicious, and the homemade dessert was a delight. Go there...

14/08/2025: They let us dine even though it was full and we didn't have a reservation. Fast, friendly service on the terrace. We only tried the pizza, which was good. Lots of stairs, not suitable for those who can't climb them.

22/08/2025: We waited 40 minutes for dinner—and the place was far from full—while the other diners around us started and finished their meals: apparently, pizzas take precedence over everything else in the kitchen. The chickpea soup wasn't bad, but it wasn't a soup, rather a dish of chickpeas in broth (also bland). The other first courses were neither good nor bad. Despite a seemingly delicious menu and an excellent local reputation (the osteria was highly recommended), the experience was rather disappointing. Oh, what a nice place.
