Il Santa Bistro' Moderno In Milano

The place is exactly how I like it, it feels like being in a modern restaurant in a city much bigger than Milan. It reminded me of some restaurants in Shanghai. Very well-kept. The food didn't convince me completely, even the menu needs a bit of a makeover in my opinion. However, the restaurant is so beautiful that I will definitely return.

I had dinner with friends from a consortium (about 20 people) last night. Aperitif with refined appetizers served standing up with the staff offering them to us (not a buffet). Dinner seated - first course second course - very good. Dessert truly excellent. A special note goes to the service, waiters very very attentive, helpful, and competent. A rarity these days. 10 cum laude. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Well done.

I had lunch at the Il Santa restaurant opting for a quick but refined meal: a Cesar Salad which turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The Cesar Salad was prepared in a particular way, with excellent quality ingredients: crunchy croutons, perfectly golden bacon, very fresh lettuce leaves and a creamy but balanced dressing. A classic version but with that extra touch that makes the difference. The staff was friendly and quick, perfect for those who, like me, had little time but didn't want to give up a quality lunch. The place is nice and well furnished, with a chic but relaxed atmosphere, ideal for both a quick break and a more peaceful meal. Even though it is an elegant restaurant, the price of the Cesar Salad was in line with the quality offered, proving that you can eat well without spending a fortune. Advise? Absolutely yes, especially if you are looking for a restaurant where even a simple dish like a salad is elevated to a higher level. Perfect for a quick but refined lunch in the center of Milan. PS: If the Cesar Salad is this good, I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!*

Locale adiacente al palazzo della regione Lombardia . Piatti cucinati non male , ma dire bene non si puo' . Risotto allo zafferano proprio scialbo . Un po' meglio le insalate. Prezzi in media alla citta' . Servizio educato .
