Elegant and modern location where you are welcomed with kindness and professionalism. Fish menu in which it is possible to find both revisited traditional dishes and original creations by chef Nicolas Baglione such as the sweet and sour aubergine caponata with raspberries and chopped pistachios or the cacio e pepe with red prawn and lime (signature dish). For dessert, the golden sphere is excellent. Nice selection of wines. Bread and oil of own production. Definitely worth trying for an evening of harmony and taste.

Eating fish on a Sunday evening in Milan can be a gamble. Vannucci won it hands down, with exultation hands high! the raw fish is excellent, with filleted sea bass, and the black and sea bass spago is wonderful. oysters then... excellent between Breton and Irish. I love you already!

Very fresh fish, processed to perfection in a modern environment with trained and friendly staff! A pleasant discovery to meet chef Nicolas Baglione, we easily recognized him after his participation in the 4 restaurants programme, anyone who has a passion for raw fish must absolutely try it!

Everything was top notch, the owner was very nice, I ate a fantastic scallop carpaccio, everything was very fresh and delicious, the pear dessert was a worthy finale.

Very nice place, extremely kind service. Very good fish menu, especially the raw fish dishes!

But how many colors these dishes! Really well executed and well looked after! The plateau royale is spectacular and really good (top aioli sauce) but even when it comes to 'cooked dishes' the quality is not lacking. Spaghetti with sea urchins is worth the price of admission: it is much easier to give priority to the flavor of the sea urchin rather than to the finesse... and, probably, given the tastes of most people, even more pandering. Well done. I'm no one to say this but perhaps a little more research into serving wine would represent a further distinctive factor... having said this, a restaurant that I suggest for a dinner that is certainly not banal or obvious!

I went to Shannara 3 last weekend, calling the food delicious would be an understatement. Dishes of unparalleled particularity, refinement and meticulousness of the product; the flavors were truly a discovery, I felt like I was tasting the south in Milan. I thank the courtesy and kindness of the owner, who delighted us with the description of the dishes as well as with a unique courtesy and composure!
