Location is amazing close 15 minutes walking from the centre but is five minutes walk from the train station. Even though in the hotel there is a Michelin restaurant. Food is not great but the person is excellent. The gym is small but they have outside swimming pool even though we smallbut in the summer outside swimming pool is heaven

I apologize but I absolutely did not rate the hotel with two stars. To tell the truth, I didn't really rate it! I must have mistakenly pressed some buttons on the mask that appeared, without realizing it! I regret this unfortunate incident immensely, especially since I was your guest for only a few hours last night on the occasion of a conference and what little of the structure I was able to see I found absolutely exceptional! Both in terms of the rooms (I didn't see the rooms) and the restaurant, where I ate very well and with impeccable service! I really apologize again for the accident!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Principe di Savoia during fashion week and I must say that although my taste is more oriented towards minimal and modern design, I found the atmosphere of this hotel incredibly welcoming. What really made the difference during my stay was the kindness of the staff and the impeccable service. Although the hotel was full and chaotic due to the event, the staff was always perfect and precise in every detail. The food served was delicious and the cleaning girls were extremely professional and quick in their work. I really appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff, who were polite and always ready to help. Ultimately, I would give 10 points to the Hotel Principe di Savoia for making my stay so pleasant and for making me feel truly at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality stay experience in Milan.

Hotel stupendo e all'avanguardia.

This hotel is literally my best experience in hospitality and this comes from someone who travels more than 200 days a year 5 stars cleanliness, 5 stars staff, 5 stars service, 5 stars in whatever you pick I stayed in this hotel few times and always leave with fantastic memories and the urge to come back soon Worth to mention the extraordinary level of service provided from the concierge, big thank you for the concierge team

Old School Italian Hospitality at its Best !!! When you enter the hotel, you get a warm feeling of old school luxury. It is as if your transported back to the 18th Century. The hotel in is gorgeous, and the staff are superb. They really know what hospitality is about and it’s been a while since I have experienced this level of hospitality. I am an avid traveler who stays in 3 different 5 star properties a month, but this one really stood out. The hotel staff did small gestures which just add to the whole charm this hotel carries. For example, they knew we were celebrating our baby moon and had a beautiful cake with a picture congratulating us waiting in the room for us. Everywhere we dined in the hotel, they would double check all the food my wife can have. This shows the attention to detail the staff are trained with. Room: We stayed in the Mosiac room, it was spacious enough and although had the old school charm, it had all the modern world amenities that one requires. I particularly liked the size of the room ( I normally complain about this in Europe as asia and other places are generous with the size) but no complains this time around. Food: The breakfast is amazing. They have a lovely spread and the restaurant seating gets beautiful light that just adds to the flavor. At the lobby lounge I did my usual “Club Sandwich Test”: I normally always order a club sand which in every hotel that I stay in. Every 5 star hotel in the world has that one common dish which is a club sandwich. And based on this sandwich I judge the food. (since it’s the same dish everywhere it is fair to judge on that). I am happy to say that the club sandwich was the best club sandwich I have had in the 48 5 star hotels I have stayed around the world (this includes all the four seasons, mandarin orientals, ritz all of them) Special thanks to Shanna who helped us plan our itinerary and assist with our restaurant reservation, also to the young man who checked us in (I am forgetting his name) and the concierge desk. They were all lovely to speak to and deserve a pat on the back for their conduct and excellent hospitality.

The receptionist were very kind and welcomed us well at our arrival. The room was very calm and warm. The staff was very kind. We were excited to visit milano for the first time and the staff gave us so many tips and places to go.

Siamo stati ad un incontro di lavoro e abbiamo fatto aperitivo, un po' misero ed arrivato molto in ritardo. La posizione non molto lontano dalla stazione centrale è buona. L'ingresso è opulento e un po' vetusto, ma conserva tutto il fascino dei tempi che furono.
