I had the privilege of visiting Sakalleo restaurant and the experience was simply magical. The hostess is a fascinating figure, a fascinating mix of French and Sicilian culture, with a touch of theatrical glamor worthy of a character straight out of Cabaret. His engaging storytelling, graceful menu presentation and bewitching smile immediately capture attention. The food offered at Sakalleo is exceptional, and I hope it continues to maintain the same quality, if not improves upon it. The starter was a real pleasure for the palate, with a selection of raw and cooked flavors that harmonized perfectly. But the real surprise was the pasta with sea urchins, an off-menu dish that was offered to us. This touch of exclusivity added a special dimension to the dining experience. We were so impressed with Sakalleo that we returned twice in one week and were warmly welcomed on both occasions. I can't wait to stop at Sakalleo in Vittoria when we return from Switzerland. Although parking can be a bit complicated, with good planning it can be easily solved. The customers who frequent Sakalleo demonstrate that they have true culinary taste, an open mind and above all a refined palate. The people who recommended this restaurant to us turned out to be not just friends, but true friends, making the experience even more extraordinary. I highly recommend anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience to try Sakalleo. Its magical atmosphere, delicious food and welcoming service make it an unmissable place for lovers of good food.

Torno ogni anno con la mia famiglia in questo posto perché lo troviamo eccezionale. Crudo e cotto di pesce superbì. Pasta con le vongole spettacolare.Quest’anno provata pure con i ricci molto buona. La proprietaria Giada davvero troppo simpatica.Non passa estate che non facciamo 350 km per venire a mangiare qui

Imperdibile, una mangiata di crudo senza precedenti in qualità oltre che in quantità. Portati da un amico del posto conosciuto a caso in spiaggia (la settimana prima, magica Sicilia!), ci troviamo a fare una vera e propria esperienza culinaria per poi scoprire essere stati in un must della zona. La proprietaria, donna raffinata e di gran stile, gestisce con cortesia, gusto e eleganza. Grazie a Vincenzo e agli incanti della Sicilia che ci hanno condotto a mangiare in questo posto strepitoso, una perla rara.
