Il Rustico In Copiano

May 8, 2026 We're in Copiano and choose this place for dinner. There's a reasonably convenient parking lot nearby. Arriving at the restaurant, the exterior isn't very inviting, but we decide to go in anyway. Upon entering, the bar area could also use some updating. We were greeted kindly, and since we hadn't booked, they told us there was only one table available and seated us in another, very well-appointed room. We were pleasantly surprised. I wanted fish, so we chose scialatielli al rustico (€16.00). The pasta was al dente, and the fish was plentiful, and above all, fresh and high-quality. For our main course, we ordered fried squid (€14.00), which was much better than the calamari. The portion was just right, fried well, and not greasy. Wanting to try the pizza, we ordered a Napoli (€6.00), which was very good, especially the tomato sauce. Cover charge €2.50. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. A restaurant that I absolutely recommend, where I recommend trying the fish.
