We loved this hotel - family of 3 from Scotland, amazing family room, fantastic breakfast, apperitivo in the bar, lovely pool area, friendly staff. Whole ambience was quite luxuriant, calm and delightful. Would highly recommend and will be back.

A beautiful hotel in a really peaceful part of the city. Our room was wonderful - the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was great. The breakfast was super - lots of choice and all fresh. After a long day wandering around Rome, this was the perfect place to come back to.

I stayed here for 4 days. At check-in it almost went bad because Francesca's tone of voice was harsh and unacceptable. But Aleccio stepped in and saved the entire stay by offering me many options for early check-in plus he asked the young man that handled our luggage to show us several rooms so that we could choose the room we preferred. The breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and mattress comfortable. Max was also very friendly, funny and helpful with directions. Aleccio's ability to perceive the guests needs, his humbleness and eagerness to go above and beyond to make us happy made it a wonderful stay! :) My husband and the two friends we traveled with love-love Rome, Italians and can't wait to go back again soon. Thank you Aleccio and Max!!! :)

Our first time in Rome was a warm welcome! We enjoyed the hospitality of this beautifully appointed hotel. Francesca at the front desk was very knowledgeable in helping us navigate the sights, and Simone the bartender crafted the perfect nightcap to end our day. Highly recommend.

01/08/2025: Bright atmosphere...family-like...excellent quality food...qualified and friendly staff...the only flaw is the small bathroom
05/06/2025: A wonderful place in the Corso Trieste/Coppede neighborhood. Very good selection of drinks and wines but the best here is a cozy, friendly atmosphere, cause there are mostly locals for dates and chats with friends, so no noisy drunk teenagers and tourists. The staff was extremely polite and helpful! Our waitress was very kind and fast, and a bartender is cute and makes a great cocktails.

10/06/2025: The only advantage is that it is in the heart of the Eur, otherwise it is a cold and inhospitable place with rooms that would need a restyling and a general renovation.
15/05/2025: Don't stop to read negative reviews. My experience was very positive, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. The dishes were all good, varied menu and dishes cooked with experience. The staff at the Hall were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and welcoming, we will return.
