Thanks to Francesca at the front desk, always available and impeccable… Thanks to Giorgia whose smile and sweet words at breakfast help you start the day off right… Thanks to Simone, a dinner manager like no other I've ever encountered in any hotel in Rome… and last but not least, a warm greeting to TIZIANA, the massage lady who, with what she does in the hotel's spa, should be considered an employee of the month!!!!!!. I think I'll be returning to the hotel this weekend not only because I feel like I'm part of the family but specifically for her massages. A big hello to all the staff whose names I still have to learn… I forgot… a greeting to the MADE of my room during my stay… the room was ALWAYS spotless and tidy!!!! ❤️See you soon MICHELE from EUR ROME

Great location - walking distance to everything. Top notch service! Friendly and accomodating. Very knowledgble Rooms are spacious, clean and our room even had a towel warmer. Nice shower and large closet space. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice and plenty of options and variety. Hot and cold options. Will stay there again on the next pass through! Definitely recommend.

I stayed here for 4 nights; such a beautiful hotel. Fantastic location! The hotel room was spacious, clean with plenty of toiletries and topped up daily. Tidied our room daily! The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and the bar and services were excellent! The staff were extremely friendly and polite, helped us book experiences last minute! Nothing was ever too much for them and welcomed us with smiles and a “hello” “good morning/evening” whenever we saw them. The pool was perfect for a little swim and very relaxing to just rest after some busy days of sight seeing. I would definitely come back here! Perfect hotel in the perfect city so clean and modern, well decorated and looked after! I will stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Rome. The location is perfect, and the staff is helpful and friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel, and I highly recommend it.

Excellent location and elegant vibes. I can't comment on the rooms, because I didn't stay. However the service I experienced while I was there for a meeting was exemplary. Special thanks to Simone the bar manager. I enjoyed a glass of excellent red wine- cesanese while waiting for my meeting to start. The hotel is well-placed for Piazza Barberini with a numberof galleries, important churches and high-end restaurants.

This hotel is a great choice if you're looking for peace and quiet. Located in a very calm neighborhood right in front of the American Embassy, it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to Francesca and David, who welcomed us warmly at check-in and supported us throughout our entire stay. From start to finish, they were attentive, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Although the rest of the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and under pressure, Francesca and David truly made the difference. Their professionalism and positive attitude stood out and made our stay much more enjoyable.
