Fantastic experience, perfect location, and excellent cuisine. The online reservation system was very efficient; I was given the exact table I requested. Adequate portions and excellent value!

I had the pleasure of dining at this excellent seafood restaurant, which, to my surprise, also serves pizza. I started with the trio of appetizers, which was delicious. For my first course, the seafood spaghetti was delicious, although I noticed the shrimp were frozen. Despite this small detail, the flavor was excellent. One experience I highly recommend was the cacciucco (fish stew), which was truly delicious, rich, and flavorful. My second course, the fried fish, was perfect, dry and crispy to perfection. The staff was helpful, and the place was clean. The icing on the cake was the wonderful terrace overlooking the sea, which made the atmosphere truly pleasant. To conclude, I tried the excellent 23-year-old rum with chocolate tastings: a perfect pairing that rounded out the dinner on a high note. A recommended place for seafood lovers and beyond.

Excellent cuisine and very kind staff, fantastic terrace

A charming place and excellent food. I was born in Livorno but have lived in Genoa for 50 years, and every time I return to my hometown, it's always a thrill. I always look for a place to eat the legendary cacciucco, and I must say that at Romito, I was completely satisfied, both with the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff, and above all with the breathtaking view of the sea.

We arrived in a group of 20, and the waitress, despite her kindness and friendliness, truly wasn't capable of managing the order. She simply treated the table as if it were 10 tables of 2. Unfortunately, by taking the entire order at once, extra dishes arrived, some were sent back to the kitchen, and some were from neighboring tables! The tragedy was that our group, being from all over Italy, always pays separately, and so some unpleasant mix-ups arose. The cashier was a bit annoyed because he said €72 worth of ordered dishes were missing, which he claimed hadn't been paid for. However, after rechecking all the receipts, the dispute was reduced to just a Coke and a rum! Let's calculate that in the five restaurants we visited in these three days, everything was correct! In any case, some dishes were truly delicious. What disappointed us was the fried calamari and shrimp, while the fried mixed seafood was a little better! The view was wonderful! I will definitely be back personally!

We left from Marina di Carrara to try their menu. It was definitely worth it. The restaurant overlooking the sea, the staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Siamo stati diverse volte a pranzo o a cena in questo locale ed è sempre una garanzia. Oltre alle portate preparate con cura e veramente squisite ed equilibrate nei sapori con una ricca carta dei vini c'è anche una bellissima terrazza con vista sul mare che completa la poesia. Personale molto gentile con una cura particolare del cliente.

Amici ci hanno segnalato questo locale dopo una buonissima esperienza, cosi ci siamo andati confermando il giudizio degli amici. Il tavolo che ci hanno assegnato era vicino alla finestra con una vista mozzafiato sul mare, il locale è raffinato e il personale gentile. Ho provato il cacciucco specialità della casa davvero ottimo. Altri hanno optato per la zuppetta di mare buonissima dove molte fette di pane si sono inzuppate nel sughetto. Crostini come antipasto e sornetto al limone con vodka alla fine. Carta vini molto buona a prezzi giusti come del resto anche il conto finale. Molto consigliato da ritornarci.
