Good, plentiful food Excellent service And a pretty nice atmosphere considering you're right in the city center Not too expensive It's suitable for children, but a little less so for people with disabilities The only drawback is the parking, but I can understand that since we're right in the city center.

My husband and I visited this restaurant, choosing among several in the area. The service was excellent; all the staff were friendly, helpful, and fast. The location is average; the interior is very nice, while the outdoor area is typical Italian with plastic seats and tables, very practical and unpretentious. The clientele is a mix of locals, tourists, couples, and families. The appetizers, the sardines a beccafico and the panelle, were very good. As for the fish, I have to say that my fried fish was cooked a few seconds too long and the breading turned dark, somewhat overshadowing the flavor of the fish; my husband's mixed grill featured excellent swordfish, the shrimp were good, but the squid was a bit rubbery. Overall, it's a place I'd give a second chance because it has great potential, but it could use a bit more organization (by mid-evening, they'd run out of chips, as well as ice for cocktails, and the waiters themselves were telling customers that, since it was a mid-week night, they hadn't expected it to be so crowded, so they were out of some items). I'd still recommend it. I noticed that many people opted for pizza and enjoyed it.

A very tasty pizza. All we get there. First time we ordered Campari Spritz and it was good prepared. Next time get to much ice. For the next round we asked to get less ice. The waiter explained us it isn't possible, because he have to follow the recipe..., later 9ne of us has asked for a ashtray. They brought him it immediately. But after 10 min came they asked him to go smoke outside the restaurant area. But in next 5 min next 2 tables smoked without any restriction.

Superb place! I'll start by saying that I often eat at Il Ritrovo and I've never found any flaws! The place is located in a quiet area of Porto Empedocle, on Via Roma, the main street. I recommend both the pizza and the restaurant... if you want to eat well without spending exorbitant amounts, this is the ideal place!! The staff is kind, friendly, and professional; the service is impeccable every time I go. Parking, the port, the Tower of Charles V, the bank, the post office, various shops, an arcade, a tobacconist, etc. are all just steps from the restaurant. Congratulations on everything! 💌

Best food in Sicily by far - camponata, focaccia, fish, shrimps absolutely incredible. The staff is the only thing that could be improved.

We had a meal in 20 we ate luxury maybe a little too long to wait but this can happen when there is a crowd of people of this everything perfect light dough and quality products 👍👍 truly COMPLIMENTS!!!!

It's highly recommended for celiacs. The gluten-free pizzas were delicious (they cost an extra 3.50). They only have one gluten-free dessert, which is equally delicious. The waiters were very friendly.
