We had caprese, bruschetta and two pizzas. Very large portions and it tasted very good. With drinks and service we only paid 26 euros.

After a terrible stay in Agrigento, my husband and I stopped in Porto Empedocle before leaving again. Coincidentally we sat down for lunch at this restaurant and I must admit that it surprised us! Exceptional staff. Impeccable service. Not to mention the food is all of excellent quality. We had an excellent appetizer, two first courses which to say were delicious and delicious is an understatement and then a second course, which unfortunately the pasta dishes were so abundant that we were no longer able to eat it. So we asked if we could stop taking it and very kindly they agreed. Surely if I were to return to these parts it will be an obligatory stop. Compliments!

I went to this place to eat a pizza and I have to say it was very good. I saw first and second courses being served and they were very tempting, I will definitely come back to try them. The service is also excellent with waiters attentive to customer needs.

Pizza squisita, come anche antipasti e primi piatti. Prezzi nella norma e servizio ottimo. Ritorneremo molto presto.

La locanda Del Re

28/08/2024: There were two of us and we went there at 7:30 p.m. without a reservation. We were kindly given a table that was reserved from 9:30 p.m. (so we strongly recommend booking in advance!). The place is very nice, people come all the time to get pizza to take away. The food (Caprese, Spaghetti con la vongole, Pizza Diavola) were excellent! The waitress was very nice and attentive.
26/08/2024: family place with small seats, the service was very fast, as soon as we arrived they served us immediately. We had a pizza, two seafood risottos and two fried fish, all cooked by them and all very good. At the price of €75 with coffees offered on the house. ADVISED!
