We were very well looked after by Salvatore, a dear, super attentive man, who helped us get to the outdoor space, a beautiful place, and even had a girl stop by to sing opera! Perfect evening.

Fabio was incredibly welcoming and even remembered one of the girls from our who visited 6 years ago! That level of attention is truly impressive and speaks volumes about the excellent customer service. We felt so welcomed and had an amazing time. The food was outstanding and the overall experience was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

I came back to this restaurant after 6 years, and it was just as incredible as I remembered. The food and service by Fabio were outstanding. My absolute favorites were the carbonara and the lobster fettuccine, both perfectly prepared and full of flavor. It’s rare for a place to exceed expectations after so much time, but this one truly did. Highly recommend if you’re in Rome!

Incredible, incredible food! We had 4 different pasta dishes and pasta and everything was fantastic. I can’t stand tiramisu and yet this one was perfect…I want to come back for more. Lovely service, our server recognized my friend that came here 6 years ago! I will absolutely be back and highly, highly recommend! I

The Black Sheep Tivoli

19/08/2025: This is the second year that I have stayed at this fantastic property. It has become a regular stop that we make. Everything is top-notch, from the staff to the food to the location, in short, everything is extraordinary.
13/08/2025: I celebrated my birthday with my loved ones at this beautiful estate, where we enjoy returning from time to time and where, a few years ago, we hosted my daughter's wedding reception. Surrounded by greenery, with ample parking, and beautifully appointed rooms, each furnished differently depending on the occasion, and equipped with air conditioning, which is useful on these scorching August days. The staff was extremely kind and efficient, attentive to everyone's needs, even my grandchildren. Excellent food, everything fresh and tasty, generous portions, and desserts beyond description! A little pricey, but overall it's just fine. We had a great time.
