08/02/2025: Excellent culinary experience, great choice of proposals on the menu and "dedicated" menus, thank you for also tasting some wagyu sushi, excellent quality and a nice idea out of the ordinary. Excellent quality of raw materials, good plating, the desserts either made with Japanese products on site or sent directly from Japan are the final with a bang! The place is not large and luckily... It has a beautiful open kitchen on a room and it makes its effect! But the real effect is when the food touches the palate and taste buds. Good wine list. Well done! The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and manages to socialize with the customer, making them feel at ease. The price is adequate for everything I wrote above, good.
