The fish menu is really good and the fried food is excellent and not heavy. Excellent wines. Nice and informal atmosphere, but not neglected for this reason.

Restaurant in the city center with friendly staff and excellent cuisine. We mainly tried fish dishes and it was all excellent. I recommend trying the octopus with potato cream. The only thing I would change is the quantities, since everything was excellent I would have liked to have larger portions.

I was in Umbria at the beginning of the year. I am gluten intolerant and vegetarian. From the moment I booked via telephone, the owner of the restaurant was available to find an alternative suited to my needs. Friendly and helpful owner and staff, I highly recommend!

First time at the Ristorantino Materie Prime and it won't be the last. We had a very good time and ate equally well. Well-kept place and excellent service. A decent choice of both land and sea dishes. Good value for money.

Ristorante con stile formale ma non eccessivo, cibo ottimo sia di carne che di pesce. Menù alla carta vario, vino ottimo. Il titolare persona disponibile e molto preparata. Conto giusto. Consigliatissimo.

16/01/2025: Fish shop during the day, restaurant in the evening. A restaurant with attention to the smallest details by the owner Benedetta, an enchanting place, very kind staff. The fish is always fresh and cooked very well by Mrs. Anna. Swordfish is my favorite as is gran crudo. For me it remains the best restaurant in Foligno.
30/11/2024: The best mussel and potato soup I've ever tasted, very good 👏 Well done, well done to the cook 😍
