Found it by chance after returning from the SkyLine. Very nice location, cozy place, and very friendly staff. The food is good but not exceptional. It's more than fine for a quick lunch.

Restaurant in a traditional setting Typical: two polenta concia dishes, one with sautéed mushrooms (special) and the other with mushrooms and sausage (very good). One good tiramisu and two coffees. 1 liter of sparkling water. Everything was plentiful and well-cooked. Attentive and friendly service. Paid €66. Definitely worth a visit.

This was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The absolute best Pasta Baita!! Wish I would have gotten some to go the next day. Staff were very friendly and nice.

13/04/2025: Nel piccolo centro di La Salle si trova questo posto magico, illumina la via la sera e già quando entri senti una magica atmosfera. I ragazzi sono gentilissimi e molto preparati, abbiamo mangiato la fonduta alla valdostana e non è stato facile decidere tra le loro varie proposte. Dire buona è troppo poco, era squisita accompagnata con la polenta e crostini di pane. Ovviamente il loro piatto di punta è la fonduta ma il menù propone anche tantissimi altri piatti. Mi è rimasto nel cuore. Bravi!
